hey i was looking for some 168 bulbs for my clearcorners and light strip and came across with this new PIAA 168 LED HIGH INTENSITY BULB on ....interesting i wonder has anyone try them yet, i wonder what color does it comes out? Anyone have pics with those bulbs? It is a lot more expensive then the PIAA Xtreme white..... well here is the link...

i use the white white ones in my clearance strips. they light up the strip very evenly throughout. the color has a little bit of a blue tint to it but not very much. there is a post on here that has pics of the different colors. just run a search for LED and you should find it. ill look for it and see if i cant find it for you. my clear corners and another set of leds for them are on there way too. i would def go with the leds for the clearance strip cause some of the other ones dont light it up evenly throughout.

Hmm i thought those LED bulbs are brand new?
Do u think it is worth to get these PIAA 168 LED HIGH INTENSITY BULB over the PIAA 168 XTREME WHITE bulbs?
it is like twice the price?and do they last? Since they are LEDs should last pretty long right??

i got the extreme white in my dome lights, and led white/white all over.... they are hot, led's are better than the extreme white... they match the car well, and look hot (white with slight, slight bluish tint)

eric: where else do you have the leds. im just goin to have them in the clear corners and then the extreme whites everywhere else. inside and for the reverse lights trunk and license plate. did you use the leds for the trunk and license plate lights?

PIAA Extreme White are blue coat bulbs, I dont like those blue dot in my headlights, The LED white/white are clear led light and has pure white light.

I have the PIAA blue/white LED in my clearance and clear corners. I got the blue/white cause I thought with the blue I would get pulled over, but the blue/white's are even more blue than I expected.
