Clear Turning Signal?

The amber on the turning signal in the headlights bothers me ... i was wondering if there is anybody out there (pre 06) who has managed to switch their amber turning signal into clear.... has this been done before? and if yes... how?

People have done by taking a dremel and grinding out the amber plastic and then putting in clear plastic with an amber bulb. I wanted to do this but people were saying its too much work.

You could aways buy the 06 headlights. It would only cost you an arm. Neither is worth it though. Nobody looking at the car would think any different of it.

Lots of work. Don't bother unless you have the headlights open for something else. I did it when I was installing my demon eyes.

Unhappy

i have a 05 sedan 6MT and ive been dyiing to get these ambers removed? i was looking into another forum in which some had replaced the signals with custom leds and in the photos of his installation the lens seemed to pop right out? how can these be drilled out without cracking/scracthing anything etc..? how can lights be resealed?? i find it completely unfair that the new coupes come with clears and sedans dont?? the dealer wont mess with removing ligths either GRRRRRrrrr
