What kind of offset would I need to run with a 20x10 at a ~2.5 camber in the rear with a 245 or 255 without pulling the fenders but rolled?

Probably somewhere in the low +30s with a 245. Brand of tire and how flat your roll is will make that number vary a bit.

So what kind of camber with a 245 rolled flat with a +25? About -4?

Also what about a 20x9 +20 or +40 all the way around? Camber in front is ~0.5-~1.0 and stay with a 245 all around?

That sounds about right. I would probably just do a slight pull so you didn't have to run as much camber. If you did a 5mm pull you could run ~-3.5 degrees of camber.

Do you want to do a non-staggered setup because you have an X?

Just finished taking the wheels a part, dropping the faces off to my metal guy this week if I find time!

I'll take some photos tonight as I am going to go clean the faces and polish the hardware.

No. 2 reasons. 1 bc the rims I want don't have the best of specs and 2 so I can rotate

Rotating wheels is something that should not be heard in this thread.

And that means you need to look for better wheels!

+1, unless you are doing a 10" width all around I wouldn't recommend running a non-staggered setup. A 9" wheel isn't wide enough for the rear, you're gonna be stuck running skinny tires to get any stretch on it.

What wheels are you considering?

Chris, for sure don't do a 215/35, trust me! Blain is going to tell you the same thing. To pull off that tire size you have to be absolutely dumped and I know you wouldn't want to go that low.
