Any reason why you aren't going to stagger the wheels?
Its my DD, so i would like to rotate them. So run the 245/35 out back also? I would love to run stagger but tires dont come cheap with a lowered car lol.

I ran a 19x9.5 somewhere +30-+38 with a 275/35, I did have to have my camber arm all the way neg.

Here is the pic

^Ernie are you saying you ran a 275/35 up front or out back. I believe it would work out back with a lot of camber but because he's trying to run the same width up front the front will be more stretched than the rear.

They are gts, Yes the fronts were 275/35. There were on my buddies r34. I was thinking about getting them. (I should have he was going to sell them to me for 1100). But we were wondering how it would fit. It did. Like I said I am was not sure what the offset was, but i think it was in the range I posted.

I would say run a 235/35 and 265/30. There are a few no big name companies that have those size and run cheaper than 245/40 or 245/35.

^and you can count them on one hand I believe. Hopefully we'll see more aggressive 2nd Gen Sedans in the future. It wasn't that long ago when there were hardly any 1st Gens with aggressive fitment.
