If you're trying to be "Hella Flush" or wrong fitment crew approved, you'll want to do 215/45/18 up front and 235/40/18 in the rear. And definitely will need spacers for those offsets. Plus you need a 3" drop.
If you just want normal tire sizes...
245/40F 275/40R
a 45 series ??? thats a little high dont you think marcus .. cause i was thinking 215/35 and 235/35 ...
