Any updates guys?

I sent this link along to the service manager at the dealership where I actually bought my car as proof that we are ALL having problems, and some people are getting taken car of, I want to be taken care of as well. So- JUST IN CASE they check it out, which I doubt, give us some updates on how the new grills are holding up!

Here's my questions...

1. Do they make touchup paint that will match our grills and, if so, where is the best place to buy?

2. Do they make aftermarket grills that look good (in the chrome look) and will last a long time?

Why get another factory one if it just is going to chip again in a few thousand miles?

wow- back from the dead.

the whole front of my car looks like crap. looks like it was sandblasted, its all chipped and pitted. The front clip and grill. I have kind of gotten over it though... no one else really notices it.

Just to give another point of reference, I have 25K on my sedan and my grill is still pretty much like new.

Any "chrome" paints are just a bright silver. It might help to reduce the black spots but you would have to apply with a pin head or something like that.
