Hey guys, just brought home my first G35! It's a 2005 Serengeti Sand Coupe with the 5spd AT and factory 19" rims. I've owned all different types of sports cars, and this one is by far my favorite. Only plans for it right now are window tint...trying to keep this one simple.

Yeah, they had the SS 5AT and a Grey 6MT...both 2005 models. I just came from a '99 Eclipse GSX 5sp and really didn't feel like jumping right back into another manual, so I went with the SS 5AT. They were great people to deal with, and with the lifetime warranty they are giving out, it was a hard car to pass up on

 

yeah my pops is friends with Vincent R. (older black gentleman, salesman) that works there

he's looking for a black '05 for me, 6MT...no luck so far....if he can't find 1 by spring, I might just go ahead and get a 5AT tho

 

Good Luck with it, I think the toyota dealership right beside Hudson has a black one on their lot, but I'm not if it's a 6MT.

Are there any G clubs or meets in the area?

 

no clubs/meetings that I know of--a friend of mine from work (Best Buy) is trading in his Impala SS on 22s for a white 6MT G

then when I get mine, we're gonna start an OFFICIAL N.Charleston/Summerville/Mt. Pleasant/Daniels Island G35 club...would you be interested?

I'm in Myrtle Beach and was also thinking of getting a club started. If let me know if you put something together, I'll drive down there and hang out. Black 6mt's are hard to find in this area. I had to go to the other side of charlotte to get mine and it had more miles than I would have liked but it's real nice. Have you used the various on line used car searches? That's how I found mine.
