If the CEL blinks then IT'S THROWING A CODE. You need to leave your OBD2 scanner plugged in and go for a drive, pull the codes as soon as it starts blinking.

Blinking CEL means it's serious. Solid CEL means something is wrong but not catastrophic.

P0507 is the code for a high idle, probably a vacuum leak. Makes sense since the other major side-effect of a vacuum leak is an unresponsive engine or sputtering when you give it gas.

Usually it's a LOT worse when you floor it, takes about a fully second for the ECM to make adjustments in fuel ratio.

any idea where should I look.this started happening when I toke apart my thottle body to clean them then brought it to dealership to do all relearn and they said they can't get the idle to get back down ..do you think it might be to a worn out serpintine belt or one of the pulleys going bad.when I turn the AC off there's noise coming from the front side.when I turn on the AC the noise goes away..I'm Soo lost .I've been working on cars for a long time do my own build and all...this is probly the most difficult car to work on sooo far.thanks inadvane to any help.

You may have damaged the worm drive gear in the throttle body, you're not supposed to work an electronic throttle by hand so if you were manually opening it to clean it that's likely what happened.

You can also try to relearn the throttle closed position, anytime the throttle bodies are unplugged they MUST be recalibrated for closed position, it's simple using the "pedal dance method" shown in the service manual, section EC - Engine Controls, near the front of the document under "basic service procedures".

As for the AC noise, is it just normal compressor noise or is it something ABNORMAL. It should have a loud CLICK as the magnetic clutch engages then it makes a slight "whirring" noise while the compressor is engaged.
