I Just Got Raped!
Okay yesterday I purchased a new 2006 g356mt, IP, premium package. My grandma signed the lease for me and her and my mom were in a rush. We were at the dealer for about 2 hours (my grandma kept complaining she was tired) and they were rushing the **** out of me! Okay it's just me doing the negotiating (barely turned 18 and look really young) and I really needed the car THAT SAME DAY since I work in San Diego and didn't want to take moms car again so.......Put 3000 down-payments at 619 per month-car price 36,892! and buy out at end of lease would be another 20,000!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was budging the guy soooo much and he wouldn't go down. He started it at 38,000 and payments at 675 but i got it down a bit and even said I was going to walk out and he still DID NOT GO DOWN! Okay here's the math 619 x 42(months) = 25,998 + 3000 (down payment)=28,998 and buy out and end of lease is a bit over 20,000 I GOT SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even checked on the website (build and price) and the car came out cheaper on buying and tons cheaper on leasing!!!!!!!!! WHAT CAN I DO! Yeah I know im stupid for rushing into it and not taking someone who knows about buying cars and all so yeah. ANY OPTIONS I HAVE????
P.S I'm loving the car sooooooooooo much, TONS OF POWER compared to my rsx-s and loving the luxury feel. My face is like this when i'm driving but when I think of the price it's like this lol. thanx

Theres a book out called Lease Cars by Darrell Parrish. EVERYONE should read it, regardless of whether or not you ever intend to lease a vehicle. A must-read for all! He also has other car buying books that are invaluable. Hope this link works...
Check out Amazon.com or Alibris.com for his other books as well. You won't regret it

if you didn't get the price you wanted, you should have left. simple as that. rushing a car purchase/lease is about as dumb as it gets because of the amount of money involved. rushing to buy a pack of gum? who cares. a car? you're out several extra thousand dollars.
expensive lesson to learn @ 18.
wish i had some advice on how to resolve the problem, but it looks like you'll just have to pay for your mistake.

wow! sounds like there wasn't any lubricant too. ouch
Often times, the dealer can't get the orginal bank to finance, so they may go with a different bank. In that case, they will ask you to resign the docs. Just refuse to do so, and they will have to take back the car.
Not sure about your state, but in Nevada, there is no "cool down" period.

You also might want to look into your local laws regarding contractual agreements. I know firsthand that in Ohio you have three business days to dispute a signed contract if you are not satisfied. Happened to me about seven years ago actually.
How did you buy a car on a Sunday? Lots are open on Sundays in California?
