So I thought I would update this thread. I went in today for my airbag recall. I didn't do the check engine light because I wanted to get a feel for this place. They are very nice and service is great. Place is very nice kind of small but still nice. I will update it more when I bring it in for the check engine light but Norwood's service is the best I have seen so far.

I never had any issues with kelly infiniti. They took their time working on my car, and all the time, covered everything under warranty.

Kelly Infiniti in Danvers voided my warranty, because i didnt have paperwork for oil changes from the previous owner. Sounds pretty dumb to me, an oil change isn't hard. The guy could of easily done them himself. The problem i had was a oil leak at a seal. They told me i needed a new motor becuase of it. I took it back to the place i bought it from, they fixed the oil leak and diagnosed my engine for free. The engine runs 100% (23,000 on it). Never going back to the Danvers one..

I'd recommend Norwood.... I complained about like 20 different things and they tried to fix them all without even saying anything. The service write's name is Christana... she just asks u whats wrong and just nods and types.

Maybe that's why they took her off the reception desk and stuck her in TJ's old office doing service. The salesmen and mechanics were always congregating around the reception desk and potential customers left because it looked too busy.

Fwiw, TJ was probably their best service person. Fortunately/Unfortunately he always sided with the customer so I'm guessing that's why he got canned.
