just wanna add a semi positive experience:

i was having a problem with my radio, it ranhdomly stopped reading cds and would make a crackling sound everytime i started the car. i would hit the mode select and then the CD, CF and musicbox options wouldnt be available, only the aux and the 6 cd changer would be available, dont know if you can make it out by this video:

and my ICC stopped picking up on the highway like it used. so i took it over to them last tuesday.

i just got back my car and when i looked at the ICC sensor the vertical plastic on the right side of the ICC sensor was missing, here is a pic to show you what piece:

so then i tell them that it is missing, the valet guy tells me thats where the tow hook is and if your car got towed then that is probably what happened. i am like dude, first of all it is a piece of plastic, second of all my car never got towed, and third, it was fine when i brought it in!

i even showed the above pic and he is like ok we will get it fixed, 15 mins.

then someone comes over and tells me it is all set, i go out and take a look at the car and it is still missing!

i go back in, by that time, the valet guy left and i grab someone else i am liek dude stf, he goes oh, that guy told me you were missing the tow hook cover, which is behind the license plate, he didnt tell me it was the icc piece. i am like i showed the guy exactly where it was.

15 more mins later, it was finally fixed. damn. atleast the eye candies at the help desk made my time easier...;-P

I also wanted to update my experience at Infiniti of norwood.

This is my 2nd time coming to this place great people and great service. All the reps there are very nice and very welcoming. I will only bring my car there from now only. Also thanks to D&G35 (steve) for helping me

I actually contacted Infiniti of Norwood for an oil change... they said it was only $10 for labor if I brought my own oil and filter. Not sure if that includes the disposal fee, but seems like a pretty good deal. I'll probably swing by for my next one.

Yup... ask for Kerry Masone. Like I said, I'm not sure if that includes the disposal fee.
