Massapequa Infiniti - Great Dealer In NYC
Just wanna say that i had a great experience over there purchasing my 2005 Coupe. I got it for Invoice + $875... and i didn't even have to haggle, that was his first offer to me... the one i wanted was a 2005 Auto Coupe fully loaded with Nav, Premium, Sport Suspension Package, Aero Package, Splash Guards and i only paid $37295. Its really strange since it was a 2005... but I take what i'm given hehe...
If you're in the tri-state area and looking for a good dealer, check them out. Ask for Bart Marconi, he's was really helpful throughout the entire process. Mention that you heard about him from Tom with the first 2005 sold from their dealership. Good Luck!

Just make sure that after you buy the car from them nothing breaks that requires you to bring it back to massapequa. Their service is an absolute disaster. I wish I could get paid for turning work away like they do. It is for this reason that I will never step foot in their showroom nor reccomend anyone else does. If anyone wants further details PM me other than that I think you all know my opinion on ASSapequa Infiniti.
Re: Massapequa Infiniti - Great Dealer In NYC
Despite what Gforce has said, I have had the total opposite outcome. When I purchased the car from Massapequa, I received a great deal on my G. Before driving away the sales manager introduced me to the service manager, as well as their head technician. The head technician has been the only person that has touched my car. I'm very satisfied with the work that Massapequa has done for me so far. Damn, last time I was there I should've asked about your situation, Nick....

Well to be honest they can be 100% bad 100% of the time. I just havent had many good experiances with them.
I had to fight with the service manager about a blatent rattle comming from the rear deck. You know the one that 50% of the coupes have. Just short of a screaming match on that one.
Had the window fixed 3 times in one week and then had to go back for the dent that they put on the inside of the door. Thats right a dent from the insode out. Never mentioned it to me so lucky for me I had to go back and get it fixed making it 4 trips for one simple part.
To this day I am driving around with two different headlights because they aparrently cant repair both at once
Cough Cough
Bullsh*t
Cough Cough
And finally in order to diagnose the engine burning one quart every thousand miles it was going to cost me damn near $200 bucks for an engine flush (cause that always solves blow by problems) and an oil change. Of course it really doesnt matter cause the service manager is convinced that a quart every thousand, smoke out the tail, and excessivly black oil is normal on these new high performance cars. Cmon do I look effin retarted.
At least at competition they checked the car for an oil leak before they topped off the oil and sent me on a standard consumption test. Now they are going to take the car apart and most likely fix the problem.
In all fairness I did have one good experiance with Massapequa. They fixed my steering wheel for me.....YAY. Of course that was when they fixed the one headlight and couldn't fix the other so...... But hey the car turns so I'm happy.
I seriously have a problem with their unwillingness to perform repairs. And then the apparent inability to perform them correctly when they finally agree to. The attitude of the service manager is not acceptable as far as I'm concerned.
Obviously they can't pull that stuff with everyone or maybe most people arent educated enough about their own car and just take the dealers word for it I dont know. At this point I would'nt even give Massapequa the chance to quote a car for me.
Thats where I stand on it and to be perfectly honest I feel it is fair that I do cause I shouldn't have gone back after the first problem but I gave them a second chance and the benefit of the doubt one too many times.

Nick,
I didn't mean to get you all upset about this. I know where you stand, I was just pointing out that not everyone is getting beat up at Massapequa. I hope everything turns out well for you.. and see you at the meet!!!

Tsolin,
Take the car to Competition Infiniti and tell her the Joel, Nick, and Ducatiguy sent you. She will take car of you (not that Nick), and she is not bad to look at. If you make an appointment they will give you a loaner car, if you just go for an oil change and have an appointment they will usually get you out in less than a half hour.

You didn't get me upset man they did lol. They just really pissed me off and that seemed like a good outlet for all of it. I'm not arguing but I just figured I'd point out exactly why I was fed up with massapequa. I mean I understand not everything works out perfect all the time but I gave them a few chances and they let me down each time. The thing that sux is that they were on the way to work so it was convenient but now I go out of my way for good service at Competition. No hard feelings toward you of course. Just them lol. Basically for my headached I will bad mouth them every chance I get till they turn it around.
