You didn't see this big hole in the front of my bumper...lol you can't miss it. It was damaged when it was left in gear and shot forward hitting a tool stand

Was the mesh there to cover it up? I thought the mesh was there for another reason.

That was the cop from the accident site, I know this because that cop was all over my *** tailgating me and I just pulled over cause if I went any faster he could potentially give me a speeding ticket.

Don't know if missed any passing me while I stopped near the restaurants, as far as I know that was the only cop car that passed me? Where'd the rest of the cops ahead come from?

also I don't understand why some of the members still rev that high when(when leaving the restaurant) we're trying to lay low . Attention is something we don't want I thought?

good thing my cars quieter than stock.lol fuji> stock

I can not say that we were set-up or just our luck, but what are the chances of three Deputies (have heard they were more than three) park along side of road which isn’t traveled heavily to do an traffic enforcement? I can understand that CHPs were out to clear out that accident, but why were they pulling ppl over as well?

Given today’s weather condition and rate of the traffic flow thru that area, I don’t see much of chance they are out there just to do an “general” traffic enforcement, I mean if they were and we didn’t past by there today? They might still be seating out there now, without writing an single ticket.

I began to understand why at some other fourms, they do not post detailed drive info.
As I posted on the my350z.com fourm, becareful on what you post. I would leave all details out and just have hard copies of maps at the meeting spot. Don't post any route's on the forum to be safe.

As my wife said yesterday, it's deliverance country out there. Bunch of hillbillies. They do and say what ever they want. Her brother used to hang-out there years ago and that's how it was back then. Sounds like it hasn't change.

Hey guys, I was with my buddy PEte on the silver sedan ( one of the people that got pulled over) and since the cop made me go with him cuz he gave my friend a ticket for provisional license bullsh1t. SO he put me in the back of his stupid cop car then drove me to the fire station and i had to get someone pick me up, but this is what the cop said to me cuz i asked him why they were being so gay and pulled everyone over. He said at the time of all of us passing by the accidents they thought people revved tehir engines blah blah had tints etc, and he was talking to the CHP at the time and he said that the CHP told him to go and get all of us. and i guess while he was chasing he radio'd the sheriff ahead to block us off... Seems like it was just really bad luck, :/

If you guys remember at the first stop at the local snack shop, as we were taking off to continue the run, there was a old school ford pick up truck?? Well, we noticed it hanging around again at our second stop by the restuarant parking area where Shane was flagging everyone down. (in between both police blockage. I think they were local people following us. Unless, they had some type of CB radio, there are no cell sites in the hills to call the police. This could be a second possiblity. Also, I remember as we were cruzing on La Honda road / woodside after Alices', I remember seeing 2-3 local Sheriff cars going the opposite direction.

Anyway, who knows, Shane and the local people say that they very rarely see any type of police in the area and they don't pull cars over for non-moving violations. One local man said that there's different groups of cars speeding through the area all the time with illegal stuff and no one get's pulled over.

Great idea. This is definately a move in a safer direction.

Hey Kyle
Really sucks you had to get split up from your buddy (and that others got tickets, hassled..etc..etc). I think I met the two of you after arriving at Alice's. You were in the group I led from Standford to the gas station (Alice's). Anyways..good to meet you and your buddy. Hopefully this won't discourage you guys from coming out again.

ticket or no ticket, I'm ready for the next run. Perhaps we should use a email or a different site for organizing. We all know each other pretty much and we have a regular group that attends most of the meets/runs. Maybe we should just PM the regulars to set things up. Then we can PM the locals for an invite.

Another option would be to setup a future meet at a current event.
