^ Yeah same here... My friend wanted to go yesterday but didn't want to spend another 8 bucks just to see the GTR. It will be the next Z anyway, it will be everywhere. hehe.

ya, i was so lucky to see the unveiled yesterday. the gtr cant be the next Z because i believe they limited the production. and yes, thats an IS-F. take a look at the red hood, isnt it a piece of artwork!?

 

Yeah, you guys did not miss anything. What a waste time that was. Next year you will see many of them even though it suppose to be limited production "Super Car"?

I checked out the GTR at SF Auto show Wed night. Was not a big deal. It definetly did not get the same attention as at the LA show. It was a very calm introduction to the car. The car looked good, but not for that price $$$$.

I did get some free stuff. Nissan was giving away free "GTR" blk t-shirts and large posters of the GTR.

I can tell you I did love the Audi R8. It is one bad car.

+1 for the R8. A dealer in Sacramento had one that I think one of the Kings was buying and we were able to check it out while it was there. That car is so ridiculous...

 

I was lucky enough to drive a R8 with a buddy of mine who works for VW/Audi. The thing is an absolute beast, and other than the GT-R, it's not a bad deal for real solid performance. The R8's interior is beautiful, in the tradition of the recent Audis.

The GT-R will not be like the 350Z. Nissan is restricting the number of them coming over I believe.
