Dry-Tummy-Run: Weds. 3/5/08. SANTANA ROW
EVENT: WEDS, MARCH 5TH - 7:30PM
ROSIE MC CANN'S @ SANTANA ROW
RSVP HERE BY SUNDAY, MARCH 2ND - 10PM
DESCRIPTION OF EVENT: if people want to do a little sampling party of the food at rosie's, this will be your opportunity to do it with the group. we will be basically having dinner, and sharing entrees, to see what we want to order for the real deal in april. NO WE ARE NOT GETTING THIS FOR FREE, AND PLEASE BRING CASH ONLY.. basically its just a group of friends going to dinner, nothing that has been specially arranged with the restaurant.
this event may be a great idea for those of you who are new to the forums (noobs/newbies) to get to know some of us crazies prior to the larger meet in april. going to a large meet as your first interaction with our crazy members can be intimidating. the usual suspects will probably come to this, so you can match ***** faces with ***** names.
more inside jokes will be created, i know this forum is full of them and it's hard as a newb to just jump in. (****** don't ***** it up in here, you'll get the newbies lost)
anyway, ****** start making a list like usual, newbs just post that you want to go, and one of the ****** will make sure that i catch it all and update this thread, since i don't post 24/7 like some of them.
PARKING: off of winchester blvd, enter santana row on olsen (not ollin). turn RIGHT, into the first driveway AFTER the cinearts theater. turn LEFT once in the lot, drive to the BACK of the lot, park in the long row of spots against the perimeter of bushes. IF YOU DONT LIKE THIS OPTION, YOU CAN PARK ELSEWHERE AND MEET US AT THE RESTAURANT AT 7:30PM.
ACTIVITIES BEFORE/AFTER: none before or after, most of us work traditional business hours. we are going to meet at santana row, eat at santana row, and leave santana row.
OTHER: do not flake. post if you're not going to be able to attend, because more than one of the ****** will be on driver anyway (on their cell phone internet access) while driving to santana row, at santana row, and after santana row.
