If he has an 03.0...this intake will work

Let me know on the install stuff....or if you want, have your dad give me a call. We can talk shop and see what he wants out of his G.

Make sure sway bars and MD spacer is on the top of the list.

IMO, best bang for buck mods out there for this car.

Upgrade to 06+ headlights. I know it's not gonna make the car perform better. But it sure will make it look a whole lot better.

There are much better mods out there as already pointed out in this thread. I love my HKS exhaust and have read up extensively on the Motordyne, but as far as performance to money ratio, exhausts are probably the worst.

Underdrive pulleys, Motordyne 5/16 iso thermal spacer and MREV2 ..
GREAT COMBO.. you could also grab an intake ( I personally like Stillen w/Z Tube)
produces good gains, probably get all under 1500.. if you know how to install yourself, you'll def have some $$ left over

What is he looking for from his car? Does he still want to retain comfort while gaining better handling? Does he want more acceleration or just more power? Or does he want a bit of everything?

Sway bars are always great for a first mod, but if he wants handling, he wants better struts and good tires to go with that.
Springs are not necessary for better traction (ie: handling)... they are only good for looks and a bumpier ride for those who want to feel the road more and offer little to no performance gain.

If he wants acceleration, skip the bs like intake filter, etc... and get more aggressive final drive gearing or a plenum spacer and tune (a 100 octane tune is good for about 15-20hp gain on top). MREV2 would be great if he has a revup.

he wants to maintain the comfort and he just bought new rear tires
and he wants better acceleration and a little better handling
