2011 NorCal Autocross Thread

Haven't seen a thread for this year yet. While most of the G35 autocrossers post on My350Z http://my350z.com/forum/northern-cal...autocross.html , it might be useful to have a thread here too.

Judging by the number of G's at the meets I'd say you're right. Not a lot out there but usually a 2-3 each event. As you know, it's an easy, cheap and safe way to get some at-the-limit driving. If more people would try it there could be a pretty big G-autocross community I think. They're not the best cars in their classes, but they're decent and a lot of fun.

There are events this Saturday and Sunday at the Marina Airport. Series is American Autocross Series. They normally have a little wider/faster course which are good for our cars IMO.

Having been on a "drive", how much more will this beat on my car?
Or is this similar aggressive driving?
