I know its early, but I wanted to get this thread going now so that we can start planning our summer.

Here is an Idea that I am thinking of.

I have sort of been talking to the head manager of the Infiniti dealership to have a owners meet there. This to include not only our Gs, but ZROC and ANY infinti owner that would like to come out. We could get some Nice Ms and FXs to join our club!!! Since this might only be a few hours, I thought it would be nice to welcome our new members out to a dyno day at Slow Motion Motorsports. I have sent word to corey about a repeat day like last year where we had dyno times, photoshoots, food and great times with friends. What do you think?

I think we need to find some road rallys to enter, find some track time or get to cleveland for some major cars and coffee with SwitchCars. Ideas? Dr. Kanob...get us some info!

Come on out and enjoy a weekend soaking up all of the Z Heritage the Midwest has to offer! All generations of Nissan Z's will be in attendance, and all Nissan/Datsun/Infiniti makes are welcome!



Events include:
Friday Night Cruise and Meet (Lisle, Addison, Chicago)

Car Show at Bolingbrook Promenade Mall! Classes for all generations of the Z car, as well as a non-Z Nissan/Datsun/Infiniti class

Lapping Sessions at Autobahn Track Club (Joliet)

Banquet Dinner and Awards ceremony (Lisle)

Details:
Registration includes Entrance to the Event, goodie bag, event t-shirt, and door prize raffle ticket. Event hotel is the Hickory Ridge Marriott in Lisle, IL available at WCZC rates.

Registration is $35 for the Event (until May 15th)
Late registration is $45 for the Event (May 16 to June 1)
Day of Show registration is $50

Track Registration is an additional $10 per car and $5 per person, payable at the track. (must be registered for the event to attend Track Session!)

Dinner Banquet is $25 per adult, $13 per child.


June 10 -12: The Windy City Z Club presents the 2011 Midwest Z Heritage Show, the 11th Annual Regional gathering of Datsun and Nissan Z Sports Cars, and other Nissan vehicles. Friday events include a Chicago area cruise. Saturday includes a judged car show at the Bolingbrook Promenade Mall, track touring at the Autobahn Country Club, and an awards Dinner. @josh...last I checked it was $50 or $60 for 3 runs and a printout. But if we have a dyno day, corey will lower it for group rates.

Chris and I will be in Florida, basking in the sun, watching dolphins, and swimming in the ocean June 4th - 11th...

I think the Dyno day sounds like fun... I enjoyed it last year... Maybe Chris and I will actually get there on time...

 

I hope to make it there this year. I was bummed I couldn't make it last year.

Since there are no events posted here does that mean the entire month of June is car show free?! I figured you guys would be ready for some meets/shows! What's going on? You guys are slackin...
I mean, Chris and I would try to put together a meet in Kentucky for June, but we all know that only like three people would show up...
