*NEW PICS* Thunderhill Nov. 10th....TRACK PICS *56k=maybe*
Hey guys,
I had a great first time at the track yesterday at Thunderhill. Gotbluemilk.com snapped some great photos so i purchased them cuz i liked them so much.
This was my first time on the track and i didn't know to expect. so many beautiful cars (i.e. 911 turbos, GT3's, R32's, plethora of M3s, etc). Track day really opened my eyes that dropping superchargers or going twin turbos isn't really ideal until the driver becomes a better driver and knows his/her car.
The whole time, there was so much adrenaline rushing through me. It was so intense especially when someone is trailing behind you or you're trying to catch someone in front of you. And it's always good to drive with people that are better than you. But enough talking, HERE ARE THE PICS!!!!
As you can see here, i got lots of body roll cuz i got no sway bars. something i should consider getting before next track day =)
Same with this picture. Man, my passenger front tire is almost coming off the ground. This was at turn 3 where the camber of the track is actually opposite of the turning. Kinda weird =)
Newly installed Demon Eyes and painted headlight housing done by myself =) Do you like em'?
One of my favorites. Shows one of our friends trying to tail me. He passed me in the end =/
Rear shot...this was at turn 2. Man, look at that body roll....ugh
Side shot:
One of my favorites also....turn 5. The hardest turn by far cuz it's completely blind.
Almost interior shot:
And to end it, my first run with my visor down (stupid me ).
Hope you enjoyed guys =) Let's do a G track day again. Hopefully we can get organized for one.

thx ahero.....
quite honestly, words cannot describe the feeling, the adrenaline rush, nor the excitement you feel when you drive on the track. it's something everyone should experience. and also, riding in someone else's car with A LOT of experience shows you how to drive YOUR own car and show you how sucky you are =) LOL!!.....
i believe it was well worth my money, it was well worth taking one day off work with PTO (paid time off) and i would do it again in a heartbeat =) i guess you can say it's addicting. what better way to have fun, be safe, learn something, and go fast in an environment that's safe and legal? w00t!

These are fantastic pics of your G! Looks like you had a great time. I envy you because there isn't a track even remotely close to where I live. Your car is gorgeous as well.
The only problem with going to the track is all the mods you want to do after you have gone once. Let's see now: shocks, springs, swaybars, camber and caster kit, different wheels, stickier tires, roll bar, racing belts, and the list goes on.
Keep us posted on any future G events at Thunderhill. Would love to see some more G action on the track!
