My DG/G 6MT G35c Pics
I uploaded some pics of my Diamond Graphite/Graphite 6MT Coupe pics into an ImageStation album.
http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4291020849
I had just washed my car and put a 3rd coat of Zaino (Z7 wash + Z6 Gloss + Z2 Polish + Z6 Gloss) on. I had done 2 previous coats on Thanksgiving morning.
Unfortunately, the Texas weather wasn't cooperating, so, the pics IMO don't do the car justice since the day was so overcast. I apologize for the "mundane" locale for the pics, but I snapped them right outside the car wash stalls.
I'll add some "nighttime" pics later tonite. Hopefully, we'll see the sun soon and I'll add another album with those later.
I haven't put my aluminum pedals in yet. But I did get the windows tinted on Wednesday with Formula One Premier film...
Let me know what you think!

Nice ride man. Pics look good , even background looks good. Around here it's all snow lately (up here in Ontario) hehe. My D/G & Charcoal is due in a week or 2 ( A/T tho so no brembos). I'm still undecided on wing. Yours looks sweet and clean without, and I've seen a friend's with and it looks good too. Not sure yet , no hurry I guess. Congrats on the ride- makes me hungry for mine. Shine looks deep too.

Thanks GSedanMan! One of the joys of living down in Central Texas - no snow, so I should be able to enjoy my Gc pretty much year round. I do have an SUV to keep my car away from rain and the occasional hail/ice storms...Hope your Gc gets here soon!
Here's the album with some night time pics...Lighting wasn't the greatest. I still think the DG looks the best overall, even in the dark...

Car looks really good, can't wait to pick ours up. I had to do a computer search of Infiniti dealers in the central US to locate our car because this combo is hard to find. Can't wait to see some sunny pictures too and I'll be sure and post some of our car once it comes in and I have time to snap a couple.
Too bad it doesn't come in yellow...

hey jomo that is beautiful, =)
thanks for posting night pics, i was waiting for somebody to do that with the DG heh, now im convinced thats my color.
i have a question though, it looks to me as though you smoked the windows...tint i mean, can you tell me exactly the specs on that (i.e. color of the tint and %)...i am looking to do the same to mine when it comes in March. Thanks a lot!

Re: My DG/G 6MT G35c Pics
Yes, I got the windows tinted using Formula One Window Film. Here's a link I found with info about their films.
http://www.astroeclipse.com/films.htm
I got the Premier Film (bottom of the page). 35 for the sides, 20 for the rear. Best heat/UV rejection ratio. Premier is their more reflective tint. I don't like to have the windows too dark or too reflective. I love this film - from the inside you don't even notice the tinting as much.
I had this stuff on my last car too. And there's definitely no AM/FM/NAV interference with the metallic tint. All still work perfectly. As for radar detector, I haven't noticed any issues with it, but don't hold me to that...
Oh, and I had it installed by Custom Sounds (local chain). It cost me $199 for the film and install. They do excellent work for those of you near one...
Hope this helps!

Re: My DG/G 6MT G35c Pics
I'll snap a pic today and add it to the album...I'll add it by tonite. It goes very close to the edge of the window. From memory, I'd say it goes to about 1-2 millimeters from the edge. I was worried it would have problems since you're not supposed to open the window for a few days after install. But the "auto-open" feature when you open the door kinda defeats that. But so far no problems.
