My 05 Silver G35 Sedan
Hey guys,
I lost my 99 Maxima SE due to Hurricane Katrina and decided to buy an 05 G35 Sedan. See the pics below on my webpage.
Let me know what you think.

My first after I got out of school was a 92 Ford Mustang notchback. I put quite a bit of work into it, Baer brakes and a vortech s trim blower. After I sold it, it dynoed at 335 hp. My second notchback has some tranny issues, so I dumped it for the Talon TSI, but I didn't have the time to work on that, so I sold that as well. I bought the Maxima before I sold my first mustang and then when I lost that due to Hurricane Katrina, I decided to upgrade and get the G35.
Thanks,

maxima to G35
Weaver - sorry to hear about your Maxima.
That's interesting though that you picked a G35 after having a late 90's Maxima - the same color too
Funny, but I did the same thing - please see my pics attached of 99 SE-L and 05 G35 - both w/manual transmissions.
Read somewhere that diehard nissan sports sedan fans that developed their automotive tastes from the 90's, would never settle for the new altima or the new maxima - and that the G35 is the only nissan in the line up that would meet their needs.
Wonder how many more of us out there are like that.
Also, I wonder if nissan realizes what they've done to the once mighty Maxima name.

The reason I went with a silver G35 was I love the color and I also love the rear wheel drive. Much more fun with that then front wheel drive. I drive a lot of city driving and went with the auto instead. I have had a 5 speed before and it was a pain in city traffic. Nice cars though.
Thanks,
