Stupid Question

I got a stupid question? I'm planning on getting the Unichip and have minor bolt on mods (Z-tube, coupe mid, 5/16 spacer). As of right now I'm not planning on anymore mods. I wanted to know how do you tune the car after you install the Unichip? Do you tune it through the Unichip or is there another way to do it? I will take it to a shop. The price I got was $150 for a 1 mile run and $350 for a full tune through all RPM ranges.

Pete
