Alignment - San Diego

anybody recommend a good alignment shop in SD? ive checked out a few places but just with my z H-Techs and front bumper i wont make it up some of their ramps..

ive been to something ~Brown near convoy since they have a pit and dont require you to go up a ramp, but they werent very helpful.

oh and i would be interested in a lifetime alignment deal. thanks!

Mossy Nissan in El Cajon can do it for you, and at a good price. I don't know where else I would take my car for a simple alignment (not corner weighted and balanced)

How about Firestone? They have a lifetime alignment package for around $140They have a handful of stores in San Diego. It's a corporate shop, so at least there's some guarantee if they screw up you know that they will make it right.

I'd go with the lifetime at firestone. that way anytime you change anyting on your car, you can make sure you dont kill your tires

just a heads up..... ive been calling around and found out firestone SANTEE just got a new rack with a pit so no scraping on ramps!

there are some neg experiences by some people but that lifetime alignment deal is just soo tasty! price is 139$ right now for an intro price but is apparantly gonna go back to like 160$. firestone miramar even quoted me 180$ and wont even touch lowered cars. wtf.

Good work on finding that Firestone with a pit in Santee. I'll keep that one in mind. I thought all of the Firestone had the same prices. WTF on the different prices and not touching lowered cars (Miramar). Oh well, their loss.

Firestone in Miramar is actually not a corporate, Its a Lee Rollins. The managers are great there and they were offering me a job a couple years back. They don't normally work on lowered cars because they don't want to risk damaging anything. I will be in need of an alignment as soon as I can find those shocks and will probably be going to Suspension Plus off miramar. I took my Supra there a few years back and they did a pretty good job, they will also correct any issues if you notice any after a bit of driving. Not sure if they have lifetimes but If they do I hope its around the same price... Some Walmarts also offer lifetime allignment but I have no experience with them.

i actually went to the Firestone SANTEE the other day.

b/c of their new set up they said they pretty much do the s2k club and other car clubs.

KEITH does all the lowered suspension over there and is very knowledgeable.

ill post up my pre-alignment numbers as soon as they fax them to me. you guys wont believe it. its fcking ridiculus!

lol. well ill call thursday when im at work and have a fax. pre-alignment numbers were pretty bad due to me changing springs, shocks, and camber kit+toebolts.

but umm... i actually missed the intro price of 139.99 by a week! gay. so i paid the 169.99 price. still not bad. ill for sure make it worth my money and MORE in the long run.

but they did an awesome job. go to KEITH, the dude in glasses.

Ah, I see. What suspension setup are you running and were they able to get it within specs? Trying to figure if I need a front camber kit running Eibach sportline and 350z tokicos.
