Yea, 225/35 is stretched for 9.5 but dayyum 245/35 on a 10.5 is hella stretched to me.. Im riding 255/35 on a 10.5 n its an aggressive stretch..

255/30 on a 9.5 no stretch. if you want a bit of stretch 245/30
285/30 on a 11 a tad bit of stretch
All depending on tire brands
regarding camber: i ran -3 on my rears before and the car was fine. great on corners esp if you dont run too much stretch. as long as the TOE is in spec then you guys are good to go.

In our experience and knowledge:
Nexen N3000 runs Large and Square
Toyo T1R is True but very rounded.
Nitto NT-555 is True
Falken ZE-912 is True but I believe to be more rounded than the FK-452
Sumi HTRZ II and III are True, and the HTRZ III actually stretch pretty well without compromising comfort while maintaining grip.
Bridgestone RE050A run pretty small, and are very rounded. Every Bridgestone in our experience has run very round and skinny.
Hankook depends. But most people will look into K110 and they run pretty true. Not bad at stretching on the K110 and H105s

is your fenders rolled flat? coz i rolled my fenders flat and i gained a couple of MM.
also you have a bit more meat on your tires so cambering will help.
what brand tires you on?
im on tein flex coils, think ur right bout makin da ride stiffer, I shouldve thought of that lol.. im on yokohoma s types front n falken rears.. gonna try what u said wit dampening the coils. Thanks

^But he wants the akebonos, so he'll bee about 1" of pad space.
Beebs i also would say run 235/275 like Danny said as for offset i would do +5-+8 all around! and you will be find with some camber and a nice roll.

watch out for bubbles!
yeah adjust dampening and see if it helps with rubbing issues.
is it doesnt just add some camber (just a bit)
some tires runs big some small some are true to size

i do want meaty tires since the roads here suck
ill pull and do a flat roll if that what it takes
will i need like -2 or -3 camber?
Is there a better tire i can use for the rears that'll give me this same stretch look and performance?

G37 coupe, non-sport hub vs I35 hub
Just got a set of the G37 coupe non-sport 18s. Went to put them on my 2001 i30 (they will be replacing the i35 17s I have on the car now), and noticed that the new wheels seemed to be a little "shakier" as I was installing them. Almost like they wouldnt line up flat with the brake rotor. I dont have the special lugs (didnt realize that until now!) so I couldnt tighten them down, but just trying to line them up by hand it didnt seem like I could make them flat while just holding them there.
My question is why this would happen?
My first guess is the hub size, but it seems to be the same as my i35 wheels.
Any ideas?
