since these 2 tires are considered large, should i run 265 or 30 series in the rear? i know 275/35 is popular but i see some pics with these big sidewalls and they dont look good to me. i guess i kinda want the lip to stick out very little but i want to make sure the tire doesnt go past the fender so i can maybe tuck it a little. i will have fenders rolled. whatdda think'? thanks
ive seen SxExCx tires he has 275/35 i think and it kinda curves a bit (452)
some guys here and other forums had a problem with 452's it bubbled and got torn apart so be careful.

if you want some lip sticking out(very little) 265/30 would be ok

if your slammed then the +18 will tuck if not then its ok. just play around with your camber
also try rolling the fenders really flat as possible so you get every mm you can get without flaring or pulling the fenders

heres my friends car. he has a 15mm spacer at the time
255/35/19 offset +3

I have been reading so much on offsets, cambers, O,R,A disk and I think I got it down packed, but I’m still not understanding the true, small and large tire thing. I just ordered my wheels

My rims are 20 T1S step lip
Front 9.5 O disk +0
Rear 10.5 O disk -5
I don’t plan on running BBKs

My rear fenders are rolled and pulled a bit.

2 questions for you guys.
What tires do I need to run and what size.
Can I run this setup on just G S-Tech or do I need to have Coilovers I have a rear camber kit /toe bolt/ and front camber kit.

I do plan on buying coilover in the summer just haven’t found a set of Stance for a descent price.

Thanks

Good I am glad you been doing your homework, and with your choice it shows you are thinking good.

About the tires,
the first number is the width in mm (ex 255/35 20) That would be 255mm wide not every tire companys 255 is exactly 255 that is where the smaller, true and large come in to play.

The second number is the Percentage of the width that equals the sidewall height.

The third is rim dia.

You will be fine on springs for now, and all the adjustments will have to be in the camber via camber kit. I would use 235/35 20 and 265/35 20 but this is where personal opinion comes in.

I'm just wondering if using spacers on stock wheels will affect the alignment and cause the tire to wear prematurely.
What I have:
03 coupe with stock 19's
OEM sport suspension
Looking to put 20mm front and 25mm rear.
Thanks in advance

generals stretch nice but i thought they were on the larger side?

anyways, how's your stretch of the 225/35 on your 9.5?
i'm still debating 225/35 vs. 235/35 (both generals) on my 20X9.5. for sure i'm sticking with 255/35 on my 20X10.5.

Ok guys. Need help here.
I recently bought wheels for my 03 sedan. It's on revized z suspension. I told them to send me 19x8 +30 all the way around and I was planning on running a 245-40-19.
But they sent 19x9.5 +25 for the back. Guy at the tire place said I could still run 245-40-19 on them, is this true? Also, will that even fit in the back of a sedan without rubbing? Will the fenders have to be rolled? I need to know if I have to send them back, thanks.
