Tom you can run a 25/30 for sure, you will need to get your rears rolled and your front fender tab will need to be bent up or cut off also a slight roll of the front wouldn't hurt either.

I'm dropped on S Techs since my car was a daily driver , but now its time to start moding. I need some help on my setup. I want to be slammed but a decent ride. Stance maybe? I thought about bags but not sure yet. So if you guys could lead me in the right direction. My rear fenders are already rolled. and I have the rear camber kit.

Wheels Works Vs-xx 20's
What offset and what tires and width
I love the way shanesG sits. I want the same aggressive look.
Please help. Thanks!

get some coilovers, go close to max on them, get neg offsets on the wheels and do 215/30/20 on the 9 and 235/30/20 on the 10

IMO i'd go with at least a 9.5/10.5 setup, 9/10 is pretty small, especially if you are gonna be forking out money for a new setup

Also would like to factor in that i'd like some tire life (not looking to buy tires every 5-6 months). Thanks Some of u guys really got this down to a science! Ohhh yea might've forgot to mention im lookin for big lips on the front n rear Thanks again!

Hey Shane I have just read through all 19 pages and think I am on the write track, but want some advice from you or anyone else who know more than I do.

I am looking at a set of Five Axis:S5-F Wheels.20x8.5 (offset +25) Front 20x10.5 (offset +33) Rear... What would you reccomend for tires and spacers. This is for a 2004 coupe daily driver.

I have not lowered it yet, but that is in the near future. I am thinking about going with
G35 Tein S-Techs and not sure about what shocks to go with yet.

Any advice or info you could pass anyone could pass on would be great.

Chris

first of al if you read through the pages and saw the advice, why would you buy BRAND new wheels and then get spacers? if you can choose your offsets then why have to buy spacers? if you CAN'T choose your offsets then i suggest better wheels

but the point you maybe missed is this

if you get wheels now OF COURSE the offsets can be a little bigger because the car is stock height but once u lower it, it will tuck having the same offsets

so it seems like you want to waste money..

advice is, GO LOW and THEN buy wheels, that way you wont have to spend your money on spacers

thats too thin dont you think?
also if you run 30 series and the car isnt slammed it will look off
the owner might wanna look at 35 series tires to also lessen fender gap

ive read that as long as the side wall isnt reinforced that much the stretch will look good. Reinforced sidewalls tend to be squared

monard he wanted a nice stretch, plus a 215 on the 9 is the same as a 225 on a 9.5 and a 235 on a 10 is like a 245 on a 10.5, same stuff
