That's true. I bought the car with both the bubble and the tinted windows. but the tint just started to peel.

also, my right side window sometimes hesitates when rolling up. I heard that was a recall from Infiniti because the window motors are messed up

1. 2003 Very first production so I got the First Kinda weird console.
2. They don't make dual control for the JDM DDin kit for 03s
3. Clear Coat coming off
4. Rock Chips everywhere cuz I live in uFcking alberta.
5. I modded it myself im not sure if all the right bolts are back everywhere! (Fail on my Part)
6. Non-Revup (fail just bugs me I can't have the top of the line)
7. Broke both top bolts that hold the engine cover ( Need to retap the holes FML )
8. Some weird rattle just came on today, I drove the car for the first time in 6 months it sounded like the idler pulley maybe. I went for a ride, parked it. Some ****ing Pulley / Belt noise came on, pressed the clutch in and it was gone.
9. Got a bunch of money sunk into it.. Kinda want to sell it and get a newer one but im gonna have to start modding all over again. This time i'll do it right.
10. Bose system is a complete ****-up
11. I hate my metra kit althought the ddin fits perfectly with the trim piece.
12. The infiniti Sign on the leather isnt white anymore probably from previous owner rubbing is fat back on it.
13. Brembo Brake Pad Dust.

hiiiii

That's my biggest gripe. The brake resevoir really should have a cover over it from the factory and I dislike the chrome metal insert inside the headlights, but those are relatively minor. Seatbelt with the extension thing fits me good. Another 30HP and TQ would be sweet.

the rev up hasn't been the top of the line in 4 years... and even still every car with the rev up in it weighs around 100lbs more so it doesnt really matter as far as acceleration

Thats pretty ****ing harsh.. how do you prevent that from happening?! Kinda hard to check that one.. should it be changed at 100 000miles?

i don't know, there is a lot of debate on the issue. I think personally for me, it should have been changed at 100k miles. But if you talk to most mechanics, they say don't replace them until they break. Well, that's a stupid theory considering once they break you have to replaced your heads as well cause the valves are bent.... Seems like a backwards way to do it to me.

Spend a little $$ now and keep from spending a lot of $$$$ later on heads AND a chain.

However it's got stronger internals, bigger cam. It's just a better base overall. The only thing that sucks is they don't come with brembos.

timing chain failure is kind of a random occurance so it could be pointless to replace it every 100k since it may last 500k..lol, its not like its an easy/cheap thing to replace

there are 4 cams lol, and they seem to have a lot of oil burning issues...

basically you get an extra 10-15rwhp but you have to rev higher to get it, if anything i would regret not having the VQ35HR from the 07-08 350z and 07-08 g35 sedan, that actually makes like 20rwhp more then the rev up despite only being rated 6-8hp higher
