I was implying that with all the changes going on it was getting unorganized (the last meet). Yes, prior meets there have been no issues. I have no problem with going to a bar or whatnot to watch the game at all.

Sure not as many people haven't been showing up but we've had 20+ guys still show up and it's been a good turn out.

But I see talk about going bowling again so I was wondering if that's what will happen again, if the same guys that went last time will be doing the bowling thing, so that others can join. If that's the case, cool. But if you guys are still going to meet up Sports Chalet, that's cool too.

Just need to determine what exactly is going on because as you are aware, nobody went to Sport Chalet. IIRC, Henry himself said it would be a waste or not worth going there since people are planning to go bowling.

My whole point is that it's not fair to newcomers or people that don't frequent the boards.

I personally look forward to these meets and hanging out with everyone.

I really don't think this needs to get dragged on any further. I have spoken my mind and I did not come here to quarrel. I just wanted clarification, again, I'll repeat myself. People talked about going bowling again and I wanted to verify if that is what is going to happen for the following meet. That's the answer I'm looking for as I'm sure it will be beneficial to everyone. That's the purpose of the question, so that others are informed. I visit the forums often, check the posts so I know what's going on, but some people are not quite into it as myself, or yourself, or other PW's.

No one is going to want to make an unofficial meet up there, I agree with ya also. Just make an announcement if there's any meet changes or any new info. Or like Shane said, just write down your #, that helps out too. As for Lakers, I ran into this issue last year, I ended up forming the Autobacs meet as a Lakers + G Meet, we met at Autobacs for hrs like we do, then I had Red Robins closed their Bar section for us to watch the game there, posted it up 2 weeks before and we were good to go and meet was big as always. And in the end, only 50% of people at the meet went and watch the lakers anyways, the rest didn't care.

What I think Levon is trying to say and Robby about unorganization is how the announcement was announce too late, and even if it's post-whored through the pages, people don't go through it reading all of it, and newbs won't even know about that. Simple as this, if you wanted to Bowl for a meet, should've chose a spot that had a good place for parking (not too far from bowling), have the meet there, than everyone caravan to bowling. The key to that is set the idea and information to that on the front page 1st thread 2 weeks prior to the meet, that way it forms up and organizes itself; people will know what's going on. I had phone calls myself of the last meet of people asking, so is the 818 meet today at the place or cancel or bowling or wth is going on.

I never missed 1 of my meets, been to every single one, even when I had no car I found a ride there. I had assistants and at meets that help people, I have coordinators and caravan leaders to help people from destination A to B, so regardless if people get lost they'll find a way. Remember back then Shane I fvcked up leading you guys and drove past the COP otw to Portillos LOLOLOLOL! My bad but atleast he didn't do shiet.

Everything was a meet bro, just next time post it on the front-page, weeks prior to the event, that way everyone can know, thats simply the best way period, and heck if you didnt, oh wells all good dude, just do it next time


I would like to add, that a reason some got heated was because at first, ok I thought or we thought it was Henrys meet or Shane's meet. But since Henry posted we assumed he ran the meet, so I put myself in his position and Assumed that if he had a meet going and he set it up, and one of the participants ended up posting a plan on top of my own meet I'd get pissed, especially without my consent, so try we suggesting ideas to side that hey there's still a meet going on. Little did I know they probably planned it together (this is where the announcement in the 1st page should've been done), so when Henry would say than -if they dont want go then dont go or if they want to make a meet on their own than do it and he'll meet the others at bowling instead-, few get disappointed and assumed he ditched his own meet. It was a misunderstanding, We were only trying to help in the 1st place with suggestions, trying to not kill the meet, if I knew the crew that hosts the meet had plan everything together, then for sure man, its your meet guys. Which I later found out and understand, totally cool, the bowling was the official meet. But than now this

Levon i completely understand the point you're trying to make. But lemme just point out the we have NEVER changed the meet location, aside from this one time so all this not fair commets and the meeting getting unorganized comments are unnessessary.

I'll point out EXACTLY what happens and why it may SEEM as if it get unorganized. The reason being that the few times it's been hectic is because My self and say John and maybe a couple others will decide to go finish a game or what not, so to be cool well tell or ask if anyone else would like to join, now keep in mind we aren't moving the meet when we do this, next thing you know EVERYONE is following us or saying they want to go, THEN the **** gets hay wire. Like i said I nor anyone else have changed the spot of the meet, except for this last one. I gave plenty of posts letting people know as well as John, Henry, Jason, Kurt, 3 days is AMPLE time to figure out what is goin on IMO. Even if you dont check the thread till the day of, the last 10 post the night the meet is gonna happen are more than likely related to the thread. Now why people are getting false info about meet locations i have no idea because that is never the case, we are ALWAYS somewhere lol.


Now Levon you have been here for some time and posting in this thread for a while, you KNOW that this thread is not meet specific, and that other lil hangouts/kickbacks are ALWAYS being planned. Like I and Henry have stated, more times than i can count, the meet never never never never change from the 2nd and 4th thursday schedule. So yu guys never need to ask if/when a meet is gonna happen. The ONLY reason a meet will ever not happen is if it falls in like Christmas or some shiit like that.

To answer your question about the bowling, yes i believe a few of us will be going bowling tomorrow night or next thursday. Either way it is not meet specific, and would be pointless to make a whole new thread when only 4-5 people are gonna show up. We all know how people are when it comes to driving a few extra miles out of the way LOL.

So seriously there should be no comments about the disorganization of this meet all because of ONE meeting that was a lil hectic, (In which i KNOW at least a handfull of yu guys were WEEELLL aware of it yet still decided to do other things)
Henry and I have basically been running this meet since the first time i met all of you guys~!
I know 90% of the main people who come have my number so there was no reason they couldn't have called me to find out if there was confusion. So yeah thats it...

I thought last week's meet was pretty chill. It was all good.

The drive for me was grrreat!

It also doesn't help when half the members on this forum board have absolutly no common sense, and can't figure out a damn thing on their own, basically if info isn't spoon fed to them they have no idea whats going on. LMAO!!!

I think my whole comment on disorganization was blown out of proportion, maybe because the way it was portrayed or whatever. Basically it was "unclear" of what was going on and maybe I should have used that term instead.

Shane I totally agree with you. The meet to the location itself was not changed, I just recall Henry mentioning it would not be worth going to the regular meeting spot and then going bowling so instead people will go straight to bowling, well the ones that wanted to go bowling.

I think that's where the confusion lies, where it was recommended for those that wanted to go bowling to not bother going to the regular meeting spot, however, the regular meeting spot was still open to others.

It just seems like a HUGE misunderstanding on everyone's part. I didn't think my question was going to lead to this. If I knew I would have kept my mouth shut.

I just want everyone to be on the same page. I love hanging out with you guys, you guys are my homies. We have good times in a non-homo way, lol.

Seems like everything is understandable now and we see eye to eye and where we overlooked some things. I'd say let's delete all these posts but then we lose post counts, hahaha. Anyway, it's all good with me and I'm just glad we got things settled. Stupid things like miscommunication should never cause conflict between good friends, and thats what I seriously consider all of you that I've met.
