China laws are a little um different.. IMO its more of a common sense thing.. car coming = dont walk infront of it O.o pretty loud and clear to me.
Cross walk and stuff are obeyed during the day but at night its pretty much =\

They have road rage there, it's called, "I don't care if you're another human being, just get the hell out of my way because I'm running you over and it won't phase me a bit".

Don't let this happen to you.

Everytime I drive in Chinatown here in NY I come close to hitting jaywalkers.

People just dont care up here. They walk against the traffic, walk when the light turns green etc and then look at you like your crazy for blowing the horn at them or damn near hitting them.
I usually start driving faster toward them when I see a Jaywalker. They hear the sound of my exhaust and start moving really fast. Of course I do this from a distance so nothing could ever accidentally happen. But for some reason it puts a smile on my face.

I think jaywalking doesnt happen in California because everyone drives fast and people realize that so they dont step off the curb. I jaywalk every once in awhile but who jaywalks when they have a g35
