I told the cop that in NY pedestrians always have the right of way. He said no.

Walking is illegal in California. I was right the first time.

China laws are a little um different.. IMO its more of a common sense thing.. car coming = dont walk infront of it O.o pretty loud and clear to me.

Cross walk and stuff are obeyed during the day but at night its pretty much =\

Whenever I'm in China, I usually see at least 1 or 2 accidents a week. One time, my taxi driver ran over a guy on a bike, slowed down enough to see if the guy on the bike stood up and took off driving as if nothing happened. The guy on the bike flew onto the hood! I yelled at the cab driver to let me out of the cab, I told him what if the guy dies, he said, "It's not my fault he's on the road!" WTF? I told him that's another human being!

They have road rage there, it's called, "I don't care if you're another human being, just get the hell out of my way because I'm running you over and it won't phase me a bit".

People just dont care up here. They walk against the traffic, walk when the light turns green etc and then look at you like your crazy for blowing the horn at them or damn near hitting them.

I usually start driving faster toward them when I see a Jaywalker. They hear the sound of my exhaust and start moving really fast. Of course I do this from a distance so nothing could ever accidentally happen. But for some reason it puts a smile on my face.

Lol how often do you seem people get hit by a car on the street?

I think jaywalking doesnt happen in California because everyone drives fast and people realize that so they dont step off the curb. I jaywalk every once in awhile but who jaywalks when they have a g35
