Parking Lots...

Huntington Beach Mall has been a dump for the past decade or so. I used to go there to practice my FWD drift and burnouts. You have to bribe the security with donuts and watch out for local PD though. One time I spotted a patrol car coming in hot, I left the parking lot just as 4 cruisers pulled in.
Mile Square park has a huge open asphalt area right dead in the center, problem is it's reserved for police academy used only.
Lastly you can find some pretty desolated place around Irvine business parks at night.

Uh... yes there is security there, folks. I had an office for 3 years off of California and Innovation.
It will take them about 15m to respond... all the businesses in that area, known as University Research Park, either pay for security of their own or have it thru the Irvine Company. All are Hi-tech firms with employees onsite 24x7 and have no sense of humor.
Stay away from the the streets off of California between Bison and University.
Also, remember that the Irvine PD also does not have a sense of humor and are only a mile or two away.
I don't think it will take them long to respond on campus, either.

I learned about sobriety through the abuse of my friend in Junior High.
Name: Patrick, Drug of Choice: Weed
Clouds of smoke distorted his vision unable to see that he was a genius.
The first kid that showed me his poetry, that inspired me to write.
The red veins in his eyes traced the timeline of the purple haze he lived in 'til he was expelled, caught on campus with a nickelbag of herb.
Now I'm college bound. I stayed sober through the day he dropped out of High School. And I don't know where he is now but I hope that he knows that he changed my life and he could've changed the world if only he could've stayed sober.
Dedicated to PW...
Go ahead say it....Nahhhhhhh Paaaasssssssssssssss
