Yea, Llumar makes it. CA legal shade is what its called. It is 70% tint, but blocks 99.9% of UV as opposed to all other tints which block 99%. You get a certificate with it, so you don't need to have a medical reason. I couldve got it when getting my tint done, but opted out cause I see it as a waste of money....unless I really care about a 0.9% UV blockage..I can give you the number of a Llumar certified tint shop and you can even call and ask if they have it

I'm on my 2nd G with the 3M film. Good stuff. Doesn't interfere with antennas. I have dark on back, medium on sides. Limo and light both available for total of 4 available shades. 2 years on first G with no hint of purple whatsoever. Heat reflection is _great_ for non-metallic stuff. Had my new G for ONE day and rushed off to get it done again the heat was so bad with the clear windows. I get mine done by All Shade in Corona: http://www.allshadeglasstinting.com/ and 3M warranty http://www.allshadeglasstinting.com/warranty.html
