2003.5 DYNOJET 255.38 hp/238.26tq

Best of 3 runs:

Max Power = 255.38 Max Torque = 238.26 Run Type: RO Run Conditions: 62.60 F, 29.77 in-HG, Hummidity: 45%, Uncorrected

Running lean. AFR MAX 14.89 Min 13.62 Over 14 up till past 6k rpm

I will try and load the graphs and data in a bit. I was just getting a baseline before my OSIRIS tune. Never got a dyno when it was stock so who knows how much the mods in my sig have helped.

It will be interesting to see what happens after my AFR is adjusted to within spec...

when you go in for a OSIRIS reflash they do a before and after dyno. Plus also when your comparing different dynos it makes no sense.

roughly your mods are spacer and a catback, the catback would cause the lean condition.

I don't have a close shop that supports OSIRIS. I will be sending off the dyno sheet and supporting data for them to adjust the first flash when I purchase. After I recieve the first E-tune I will do a before and after and then send back the dyno sheet & data for any further tweaking that might be needed.

man that seriously stinks. the whole trouble of you being without your car for a good amount of days, you might want to consider if there was something with a couple 100 miles of you to drive to...

I won't be without my car though. The OSIRIS Standard allows you to flash your ECU from your laptop. I will use the data from my first dyno to send to UpRev. I will then use the first tune they send me and run another dyno as well as use Cipher to record the other diagnostic info to send back to Uprev for an E-tune revision to maximize my mods.

I never have to be without my car.

Updated with dyno chart

The RPM's seemt be a little off because started at 3k RPM's on each run.

If there is interest I can upload the data sheet as well with all RPM read outs.

Got a tune. Added 11 tq and 8 hp on different dyno. I will go back to same dyno soon to do a before and after.

This is what it did in 1/4 mile today:

what did your car put down on the tuner's dyno before they tuned it? Nice trap by the way.

That is movin on the top end. I think a better launch would get you some good numbers. You have access to slicks or DRs?

They tuned it in 3rd for some reason, other dyno was in 4th. It was around 240hp before the tune.

Not yet. I am a little picky too so I need to do some research on what rims and DR's to get. My rear tires are smoked too, need a new set of PS2's.

Have a few more upgrades I want to do for this summer. 3.9 Gear, stonger clutch, and an Underdrive Crank Pulley (even with the horror stories posted). After those upgrades do you think I need to get another dyno tune? I was thinking I wouldn't since they don't do anything to intake or exhaust... but

Stay away from the underdrive crank pulley, I can't warn you enough about that. Especially on a street driven car, it makes your alternator, A/C, power steering, etc work harder, giving a net zero gain and higher repair bills. Track driven cars with just an alternator it isn't such a big deal because they are always at high RPM. Not to mention the toll it takes on your bearings.

I wouldn't think you need a re-tune with those mods.
