Tuned at Uprev this morning 2006 5AT coupe
The 17:1 AFR was taken off a dyno run at Church Automotive. They did the AFR as a courtesy (because I waited for 3 hours for a Stillen Intake to be installed on a G37) so I don't have the AFR plot to post up.
Sorry to intrude but, how much of a difference would that make? My car has 27K, so would those plugs help at all? I plan to go down to Austin for a tune, as soon as I have FI cats installed in about a month. Thanks.
It still doesn't mean it's accurate. I've never seen a car go to 17 at wot without blowout...it'll simply misfire so bad that it won't accelerate.
I'm not insulting anything. I'm just telling you that the ECU parameters don't allow for that to happen.
Just because church's wideband showed 17's doesn't mean its accurate.
is it me or does the tune seem kinda rich? I always thought 13 was the 'target' AF on NA. Most dyno with gains, shows the tune AF to be flat-lining at 13 throughout the powerband.
