Best Offset and Tire Size (not lowering)...

Hi Guys,

I really like the MRR GT-1 rims and I was considering picking up a set. Thanks to g35hakop's G.

I would like to go with 20's and going with 8.5" (f) and 10" (r), but looking through the suspension list Terry put together there are a lot of different offsets.

I would like to have the option of lowering my vehicle in the future, but for now I'm keep the ride height stock.

If you're not lowering it... you may want to go +40 all the way around...?

Check this member's setup... he's ride is not lowered with Seva's rims on...

And this one is +35 all around, but not seem very flush... maybe because of the angle of the picture... Hm..

'flushness' is in the eye of the beholder... and depends on tire sizes...

some people like the rims to be 'flush' to the body, some people like stretched tires on wide rims, some like phat tires...

best bet is to look at pictures and see what they run...

There's no way you'll get a 10" rear wheel flush if you're not buying wheels that you can get a custom offset with. You'd need a +50 rear offset with a stretched tire to get a 10" flush in the rear. I'd suggest going with an 8.5" +35 all around if you dont want to lower your car.

yeah, people running 10 wide that i've seen are lowered...

either case, post up specs and pics!

dont mean to thread jack... but im lowered on h&R's and plan on purchasing a set of 19's 8.5 f and 9.5 r. what would be a good offset?
