Quote: EDIT: I definitely agree with others who say that the middle+ settings should NOT be used with stock suspension and tires.

I have stock suspension with g35 coupe 19's 245/40 front 255/40 rear: Not really that much bigger than stock.

I have used the middle setting the whole time and enjoy the hell out of it, No problems so far. (with vdc on... , whole dif story with it off)

IDK...the middle setting definitely has a bit of oversteer tendency. I haven't even hung a corner yet, and I can feel it. I can only imagine coming into a turn/corner too hot with stock suspension and stock wheels (especially the Journey's standard 225/55-17 tires). Yikes!

I agree. With my setup now, I can feel that the stock tires are in no way up to the task at hand. The suspension wants to/and can provide so much grip that they push the stock tires over the limit.

Well, at least the way I drive they do

I see your point, I wasn't even thinking of the journey stock tire sizes. I would agree, the middle setting might be too much for the narrower tires.

UGH I CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER !!!!!! I'M GONNA DIE HERE FROM READING ALL THIS STUFF.

I'm still waiting on my HFCs to arrive until I fit them .......They've made it to France so far it better arrive soon or I'm gonna loose it big time!!!

I'm gonna go take a quick look at the ARBs before I leave today, it feels wrong just having them lying around not being used

I changed my rear bar to the middle setting. I'll give some feedback when I try it out for a week or so.

Yeah, I definitley do not recommend the middle setting for the rear with the stock wheel and tire set-up (even if you have the sport wheels and tires and aftermarket springs). I started out with the middle setting and after nearly wrecking the car three time (twice with me driving and once with my wife driving) I quickly moved it back to the outer (softest setting)... The car is much more neutral now and I can carry SO much more speed through the corners than before.

You just need to get the new wheels and tires, then you can put it into the middle setting.

So far, with the rear in the middle hole, the handling is still very neutral. The slight body roll that was there before is pretty much gone.

I haven't gotten a chance to really push it yet, but I'm very pleased overall.
