Back to this sound. Is it there only when you put on the brakes or all the time to some extent?
If your tires are the same front to back move the backs to the front. This is why I mention this:
I purchased a car (not a g) which had what appeared to be a bad alignment on the front end. I took it into a tire shop (Goodyear) which provided the OEM tires. The tire dealer spoke of problems with certain tires on this particular car and moved the rear to the front with new on the back. This made a change but the issue did not go away. He then replaced the fronts. Total cost to me was $100 for 4 new tires which were suppose to be about $150 each. Problem went away. What was stated is that the OEM tires had an issue with 'belt shift'. Tires looked great on the outside but had an internal flaw.
Now the issue you mention has been noted by many with alignment problems. If this is ABS related then it could be triggered by a bad alignment or even with a bad tire (either new or old). Since the fronts seem to be feathering from your statement it may well be worth looking in that direction. No amount of turning of your rotors will fix a bad alignment or a bad tire. If a bad tire on the front then moving a rear tire there may well make the issue go away or at least change. If you decide to move a rear tire up front then do so one at a time so it makes it easier to figure out which tire is bad if that ends up being the case.

I'm having too much fun watching you blow up to leave this thread.

G/L with finding a dealer to fix the problem.
