not bad for 2 intakes $161.00 each

i have an account thru my company with Stillen so i dont know if this is discounted.
Can you get me an intake for the same price? Also are you going to purchase the springs? Let me know if you have any issues given that your car has 4WAS.

I don't think they'll change the Z setup all that much, so you're probably getting less gear than with the Fujita setup.

Looks like you'll get the aluminum connector for the MAF, the urethane box and the cone for each side. Good thing about it though is that the box seems to have the same resting points as the OEM airbox, which is great compared to the floating Fujita design with the bracket. I never liked those intakes that are just hanging by a thread literally.... always problems with the brackets breaking off when you're taking the filter out.

Oh well, I guess we'll see soon enough.

I've not looked at these tests... but just for the record, sometimes NOT having a filtering device can actually hurt airflow characteristics, as counter-intuitive as it may sound. A filter can actually help smooth out turbulence and allow more efficient airflow in many instances for a given vacuum pressure.

my guy at stillen said 5 at the wheel. and i dont think lowering will work with the 4WAS yet. last i heard, eibach was still lookig for a test car for that application. same goes for AWD.

(hint - if you have 4WAS or an 07X, get over to eibach for us!!!)

Its funny cuz i called the H&R people and asked about the 4was dillema and the guy was like yea sure whatever it works when are you gonna order them wheres the money...lol so i called Stillen to find out for real and he was gonna ask his techs and call Eibach for me cuz he actually cares about Customer Satisfaction... anyways i hope they work.

i'm actually on hold with him as i'm typing... he's trying to get an exact date for these to be released. i'm also bothering him for a sound clip of the intake.

EDIT - it could be as soon as tomorrow, or two weeks at most. R&D is being tight with this. right now they are making sure the idle is not affected by the intakes. no sound clips yet either. but you can order it, and when it's done they will ship.

NOTE - According to him, the exhaust price will be going up soon. apparently it now costs them more to get metal? so we will be charged more for the exhaust, or any metal part i guess.

And who is calling from Saudi Arabia for the intake? and how do you have no HOME ADDRESS???
