Stillen Headers?

Will these headers fit my 07 G35S?

http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?i...SAN&model=350Z

I currently have Berk HFC and Stillen cat-back exhaust - I think this mod would be a nice addition to finish of the ol plumbing...

nope. These are only for the 07+ 350Z. They're not 50-state legal btw.

Unless you live in Communifornia, nobody really cares about legalities. It was such a joke here in northern KY, that the smog testing was discontinued.

Edit: I thought the exhaust manifolds on the G were equal length to start with?

The engines are the same.

These should fit fine but I wouldn't waste your money. The stock headers are equal length and the performance improvement they are listing is on a DE motor which didn't have optimized headers. I would guess you'd see virtually no improvement over stock.

DE:

HR:

Its easy to see how it could make power on the DE but not on the HR.

Same engine, slightly different configuration? Either way, you won't gain any power with these that I can see.

It doesn't matter either way really as they would be completely pointless.

Hey Guys,

We have not yet tested these on the G35 Sedan's. That's why we do not show that they fit just yet. We are 99.9% sure that they will bolt up but at this time we do not have any power numbers.

We are looking for a local customer that would like to come down and get a smoking price on these headers along with free installation and before and after dyno runs. We would need the vehicle for 3 days and overall the car would pull 6 dyno runs.

In regards to them not making power, I'd be surprised if that were the case. In the past we have found a lot of power out of headers. Even on the HR motors.

If you are interested please feel free to PM me at kmillen@stillen.com

Thanks guys,

Kyle
