U will love it! One of the best bang for ur buck mod! Hands down!

I was driving Manual style today... it was great! quicker shifting!!

But overall, I saw improved throttle response, smoother/quicker shifting and a tad bit louder radio :P

Upon reading all the reviews on Black Betty's grounding kit I went ahead and purchased it. Installation was a breeze and only took me about 30 minutes and should have been about 15 minutes but I kept dropping things. I am a novice when it comes to mechanical installations but this was very simple even by my standards.

After install I took for a test drive and I can only reiterate how much of a difference this grounding kit does for your shifting. I have a 08 Sedan A/T and was noticing considerable lag time between shifts while in DS mode. A checkup by the dealer confirmed that there was some lag between shifts but was considered normal. The BB grounding kit has reduced this lag time and made the throttle response a lot better. As everyone has stated, this is the best bang for the buck upgrade that you can do to your car.

Thanks for the ringing endorsement.

I'm putting up a thread to gauge interest in these to see if there's sufficient interest to warrant me becoming a vendor here on G35Driver. Any of you who have had dealings with me on the kits, please don't hesitate to chime in with your experiences. I know you've already purchased, but I'd be appreciative if you could let others know about the product and how it's benefited you.

Yes, I've already asked Admin and gotten the idea OK'd.

so what makes this kit different from other custom kits like xsxexcx's kit? cause i believe his kit contain 9 or 10 wires..more wires = more grounding point= better?
im trying to decide on ground kit and BB's kit looks much better than other kits but lil concerned that it has only 4 wires, while other have 9~10 wires.

please help me decide~!!

I have not personally seen any one else's grounding wires. From all that I've heard and read, the other product you referred to gets top notch reviews from buyers and appears to be a high quality product. I am a vendor over on myg37.com and not here presently, so I don't sell products through this forum. If you want more specific information you should check there or buy the one sold here if it meets your needs.

There is differing opinion on how many wires need to be used in order to effectively make the car's electrical system run more efficiently. I am not personally an adherent to the "more wires is better" philosophy. I believe that you want enough to do the job, and how many that requires depends a number of factors. I also took ease of installation for the average shade tree mechanic into consideration in my design. I'm sure others who've created similar products took equal time and care to see what worked best for them in their applications as well.

Consider not installing the new negative battery lead which will affect the charging system on your 08. The reason is that 07+ have a current sensor on the OEM negative lead which is used to set the system voltage based on battery current detected. A new lead will effectively, at the minimum, partially bypass the sensor which may force the system into its default mode.
