^^ super happy just want more juice.
does that make sense.
im going to see a tuner in my area this weekend and see if they can configure something with a dyno tune thats all. if they do then im going to go with that. if they dont have anything available then im deff keeping it.
so if anyones interested lemme know cuz as soon as i hear word that i can get something else then the bullydog is gone to the fist person. w.e works.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys. I have a local dealer who can do it for about $380 + shipping for a new one if you guys are interested PM me and I will get you their information.
On a side note I got new brake pads today and my rotors turned. Man it feels like I have a new car! Btw I *think* the K&N just lets more air inside of it, and the mass air flow sensor senses it. I'm sure if you had more mods it would produce more power (because you have increased your airflow in/ decreased your back pressure if you have an exhaust). This essentially from my understanding is increases your timing and makes a much more aggressive mapping for your motor. I've read that the G35 can use regular gas (although premium is recommended) so I'm not sure what advantage the regular tune would provide for our motors. I honestly can't tell a huge difference in "take off" speeds of 0-35 but I can really feel it 40+ and even more drastically at 65+. It pulls very very hard on the highway, as before it seemed my motor was anemic compared to what it does now. This alone for the gas mileage I've observed is worth the money (especially if gas goes back to $4).

I should prob. clarify. I am taking off faster (my VDC kicks in if I WOT) but where I really notice the difference is when I'm moving. Someone needs to dyno... (maybe I'll check it out to see where my HP is and put it back to stock to see my gains). I do notice it does take off faster but I really notice on the highway.

I think the Cobb accessport and UpRev allows you to go to WOT from any speed, even at rest, which was the big selling point for me.
I have posted about this a lot of times, but one of my biggest regrets is when the dealership reflashed by ECU and I lost that touchiness/ sensitivity I had from accelerating from rest. I hoped that getting one of these reflashing products would bring my original G feel back. But gaining mid-range speed isn't a bad thing to have either.

The G's don't have a restriction on WOT (which if you had a Titan or something like that it would allow you to remove it). I had the reflash as well on mine (to fix my radio presets screwing up). I can't say that my touchiness is "back" but when I press the gas it isn't the straight linear fashion I had after the reflash. (Seems like it semi came back to normal from how I remember it). If I took VDC I would just eat my tires, so I haven't tried a dead stop. I'll play around with it tomorrow and let you know. (If you want your "touchiness" to come back try removing your negative battery cable and stomp your break a few times then put it back on. It should force your ECU to relearn so it will driver a little harder.

coming straight from a infiniti mech's mouth the G DOES have the WOT restriction to "reduce wear and tear" in 1st gear so throttle is opened gradually and goes up to 85% i think cant remember this was a convo 2yrs ago

Hrm.. if that is the case I'm sure you could make a request for bullydog (their support is A+ btw) to make that option available for it. They are pretty fast about doing it.

Awesome write up thanks, Hmm should i do this or get a custom tune though? I dont' know cobb just seems a little better, how it actually provides maps, specific to mods.
