results from the dyno.....

I just arrived from the Dyno!! Mustang Dyno to be exactly

1. stock settings -->> 245 hp 219 lb/tq
2. modified settings -->> bullydog premium, 7850rpm, FI HFCs, h-pipe and KN filter panels --------> 268hp, 238lb/tq

with +2deg makes more power under the curve, 268hp from 6100 rpm to 7850rpm and torque is flat from 3780!!

Printer does not has toner so I cannot scan the results but feels very happy with this little mod.

I will remove stock resonators and install magnaflow 11385 and the magnaflow mufflers to see what happens

The run was made on 4th gear to redline at 158mph.
The mufflers where screaming like they need more flow.

Just my impressions, enjoy.

Were these (FI HFCs, h-pipe and KN filter panels) installed on the stock setting run? If so, you're saying you gained 23hp / 19tq with the premium tune?

Can you provide a little more detail?

Thanks

Mustang numbers always come out lower than dynojet but there is definitely no arguing with your before and after numbers.
Thanks for doing this!

Ha, I knew my butt felt a difference.

Forgive me for asking, but what does this dyno tell us anyway? The way i see it, he could've gained those numbers just from the mods themselves, no?

Well, we're still not sure if Kendroz had those mods on without the bullydog to get base numbers, or if he had those base numbers from a while ago and just ran a new run with the bullydog installed.

I would have to imagine that he had the mods on the car in the first run.

Impressive gains. I may have to consider this mod. I am also considering getting an FI HFC. I think it was Terry who mentioned that adding the HFC was only a slight increase in interior sound. For me it would have to be barely noticeable for it to work, but the gains and this tune would be nice.

I am a tad bit concerned about that dead engine though.

That car went into the dealer's shop with the BullyDog tune still installed and nothing was said.
I don't see it as a cause, but more of a coincidence.

I don't know what I gained, but I know that it's noticeable... more so than any other mod I've done to date.
I'll continue to closely watch for issues like engine temp, but so far, I'm pretty darn happy with this.

Yep I understand that, still interesting though. I would imagine that it's fairly rare to have a dead engine.

I am hoping that it's merely a coincidence as well.

Hmm don't think he gained all that HP with the just the Bullydog! Seems he did a stock run from before, then installed all those parts with the bullydog, and redynoed! So don't think he gaind like what...22-23HP from just the Bullydog programmer! If it did, everyone would be all over this programmer! until he confirm what steps he did, can tell what or how much gain the Bullydog gave??

still, if we assumed that the HFCs and h-pipe combined produced ~10whp or so, the rest was produced by the Bullydog which is still a good bump in whp.

What i don't get is, why can't he scan if the printer is out of toner?
