Hmm, never thought of going with thicker oil, what would be the benefits of that in a hot climate exactly? and what is the standard oil that comes from the dealer in the states? The dealer here might already be using thicker oil (I'll have to check)

I think its 5w30 in stock trim.
as the temp goes up, the oil gets thinner, as it goes down it gets thicker. im in NH so my car sees 90+ in the summer and negative numbers in the winter. so depending on the season I run different weights of oil. do I notice a difference in the car? nope.
But if you put a can of oil in the freezer and one on the driveway in the hot sun and compare the 2 after they have sat in the environment for a few hours it tends to make sense.

Meth injection! hahaa

I mean... I don't think you'll find anything that is HELPFUL for the hot weather... :\

If your car has intakes, it'll just suck in more hot air. CF engine cover... prolly don't do anything at all. No spacer is available and I doubt it will soon and not that it will be helpful. Exhaust...... no.

So pretty much nothing you have listed above is useful for the hot weather.

I'll see how the car goes in June hopefully it won't overheat too much
