^A dude that orders stuff from him is called a customer and a customer is what should always be taken care of in a Bussiness. I dont know about you but if i lost my phone I would immediately have replaced it especially if im responsible and run a business.

People are just frustrated with him not answering back and I think what he could atleast do is answer to one of these threads about him.

This is not what I said. Eric has fixed whatever problems he has had with his products. Everyone knows he is super busy at the moment so they've cut him a lot of slack as well. As you can tell he hasn't even been on the forums much...

^^i agree but, but u know who works with him? no, i dont think u are aware that he is the only one man show here. I know customer service is the better service knowing if you have help or assistant. And yes, if u can make money out of it, u can replace your phone right? i dont know...maybe he didnt and havent checked out a new phone? i dont know...and i cant tell you. I know people are frustrated but things can be fixed...it might take sometime...but i dont doubt his service.

I feel like its my fault also .... im the one who told LEK or gave him the link to Eric's site and told him about buyin parts from him.. Sad it had to come down to this..
