LOL funny you mention it, my friend bought an MG2 trunk from them and was given the run around for a bit over a month (false statements on product status and innaccurate shipping date estimates) then when he finnaly received and installed his trunk it fit horribly. hes going to have to modify it to fit it correctly..

I have, even in this thread, tried to offer reasonable explanations of why someone would not call someone back after a product was sold. I hope there is something else going on.....maybe the something else going on that fact that he knows shizzil is jacked when he sends it out, like most shady companies know, wronged people give up after a certain amount of time. He has been around long enough to know, and he has produced quality work....but that appears to have stopped since as early as late 2008 early 2009

Why wouldnt he take care of the SOCAL folks...it totally makes sence..how many times has your neighbor cut you off in your neighbor but you knew them so...whatever...now how do you react on the highway with strangers? Not the same, I am sure.

a legit business person...hell even a legit person, does not go long without a cell phone...its 2009 man... contacts are saved online and he can call to have the company (CARRIER) send him all text and calls "during the abscense" of him losing his phone.

so he lost his phone but can find time to text folks back that want orders....i e are going to send money... but that same phone never hears the cries of wrong products, horrible fitment, not bad, or slighltly off...str8 horrible...or duplicate parts?

come on man... if you are going to ride his nutts that close and reach in hizazz to grab.."he lost his cell phone" AT LEAST WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE YOU TYPE ON HERE....

You are wetoddit. You keep repeating yourself, "Just call him, just call him, just try licking his nuts and call him." THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING HIM and have not received any correspondence (email, phone, twitter, singing telegram, Paul f'ing Revere).

I'm no genius, but if I had a business rule 1 would be communicate with my customers. If you're not going to meet their expectations or the expectations that you have set for yourself then communicate. It's really not that hard. In a real job you can get fired for that ****.

This is not what I said. Eric has fixed whatever problems he has had with his products. Everyone knows he is super busy at the moment so they've cut him a lot of slack as well. As you can tell he hasn't even been on the forums much...



1. It was obvious what Lek's intention was
2. How can you bring awareness without having more than one person attesting to problems with Eric?
3. You need more than one complaint before anything, anywhere is changed.
4 It should have been obvious to you that all I was asking for was more info. You didn't have to be a law student to figure that out

i understand what you mean, but my question is.. DOES ERIC KNOW WHATS GOING ON? DOES HE KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM? whats he doing about it? is he in a coma? if you check his logins, he's been on but decided not to post on his own threads. people had patience, understand he's on his own, understand he took care of people, but he put himself in a position where he couldn't handle it, what people also understand is that he has their money, they paid for an item that they didn't expect, there are so many ways to communicate and the easiest way is this forum, just one post and people knows whats goin on at least. this is not some chump change that you can just forget about, from the way it looks, he has no more interest in resolving his problems, rather than just ran away from it. if you still haven't heard, coming from people who knows him, HE SAID HE'S NO LONGER COMING BACK TO G35DRIVER, wowww bummer... i hope for the best to all the people who are still waiting, got screwed and about to get screwed.

Yea, he is a one man show, and that's hard in the world. The REAL problem everyone seems to have is that this Eric cat is not even contacting or TRYING to contact his dissatisfied customers. You can't just not contact your customers after they're trying to plead to you. I bet you LEK would be a little happier had Eric called him and said "Sorry, I realized I messed up your order. I will do my best to send you the correct parts, but I cannot promise that they will be sent to you in a speedy manner." If Eric had done this, LEK would have at least had the piece of mind that "Hey, Eric realized he dun ****ed up. At least he's doing something about it."

Terrible service bring Terrible reputation.

A similar thing happened to me with someone else on here. I bought and paid for some original Greddy sides. As soon as I sent my money via paypal, dude changed his screen name. I waited for 2 weeks just trying to get a tracking number with no luck. finally after a month with no replies, I filed a complaint through paypal. As soon as he got the complaint, he sent me an email asking what the problem was. He said he would get the out to me asap. I told him I wasn't in a rush for the parts but just wanted a tracking/confirmation number because the whole thing looked like a scam. Paypal gave us like two weeks to work it out amongst ourselves or they would investigate. Just before the end of the two weeks(again, absolutely no repsonses from the seller), he said he would give me my money back if I stopped the paypal investigation. He said that "SHIPPING WAS BACKORDERED" I don't even know what that is supposed to mean.
Now, there is a sponsor selling body kits under the same screen name. Hope no one has the same kinds of problems I had with this guy.
