As soon as he got the complaint, he sent me an email asking what the problem was. He said he would get the out to me asap. I told him I wasn't in a rush for the parts but just wanted a tracking/confirmation number because the whole thing looked like a scam. Paypal gave us like two weeks to work it out amongst ourselves or they would investigate. Just before the end of the two weeks(again, absolutely no repsonses from the seller), he said he would give me my money back if I stopped the paypal investigation. He said that "SHIPPING WAS BACKORDERED" I don't even know what that is supposed to mean.
Now, there is a sponsor selling body kits under the same screen name. Hope no one has the same kinds of problems I had with this guy.
WTF, seriously? Why didn't you let Paypal handle the refund from this jerk? NEVER NEVER NEVER side step the Paypal protection policy.

Lek, did you pay with Paypal? You have 60 days to file a complaint.

Furthering that, did you fund the transaction with a CC? If so, you might have even longer and a 2nd route to take via the CC company.

Unless you paid with a check, cash, or western union (please don't say its so...never use these methods for online transactions, EVER) you are getting your $$ back and he can eat it.

I don't know how strong google's buyer protection policy is. Hopefully it works in your favor like Paypal would. If you funded with a CC, call your CC/Bank and they can handle it for you. The cash will instantly be back in your account, even before the investigation completes.

Heck no, I wasn't about to drop the paypal investigation on him. He finally did get me a refund about 6 hours before the 2 week period was up. Two months of hassle, never responding to any emails or Im's unless there was a threat from paypal. I just hope those peeps buying stuff from him now are having better luck.

Lek, b4 you call the bank make sure you have the timeline straight. The most important is dates in which you attempted to contact the seller to no avail. Usually twice is all it takes before it's an automatic win for you. In the most extreme of cases, I also provided a tracking number for the returned goods which helps as well. Unless you signed a return policy that forbids returns, that also guarantees an auto-win.

You say he has fixed whatever problems he had...Who's problems?

You say everyone knows he is "super busy" at the moment, Apparently everyone does not know that hence this thread!

Let me ask you something...Why the FVCK would you cut someone slack for a fvck up? These people paid for a specific product and received apparent garbage! It's basic economics...supply and demand!

Who the fvck are you trying to kid by say he is super busy and that is the reason he has not been on the forum...It's more like he is ducking everyone!

I say SDGeneralDouchbag gets banned also!

What if he's not busy at all? People are making a lot of assumptions to try and come to terms with the situation.
