If he takes peoples money in exchange for a good/service, then he is a business. Sure it's not his full time job, as I believe he's a student. But that doesn't make customer service any less important. It's flat out disrespectful, borderline unethical, to not communicate in a timely manner with the people that are giving you business and putting food on your table.
A LOT of businesses take a loss in exchange to make the customer happy, as that's part of their customer service mission. Man up, take responsibility for your mistakes, and make things right. If a business will go above and beyond to make up for problems, they will get my business again because they've proven their dedication to customers.
Whether the customer is always right or not, they are still the customer.

i think if you were an actual customer in the past few months and gave him the kind of money we did you would have a different attitude.

Then why are the admins and staff letting these guys become vendors? He should be able to just sell his fronts and such on here without paying since he is not a legitimate business and i am sure he does not claim or pay taxes or even have his name patented. Hes not a business hes just a seller.

he does.......and business lines are easier to ignore. keeps the customers separate from the friends

has anyone had any luck reaching him?
ive pmd, called, and emailed him within the past 2 days to no avail, i even called my bodyshop that eric is supposed to ship my item to just to be 110% sure they have not spoken with him either.
the wait continues.

I'm not applying this anybody. Just in my opinion, after a customer had paid and is now waiting for his order, he's expecting to get his stuff on or close to promised date because the merchant already have his money and he's expecting merchant keeps his words. The order or service should hopefully be done right first time too, nobody likes hassles nor does the merchant. Things could be even more frustrating for the customer dealing with someone he's never dealt with before. A business providing consistent communication and honest status updates really makes the experience ensuring and comforting, a eight weeks wait can feel like eight days wait.
