only lek has the ***** to step up and post this up, this shouldve been done a while back, not only him had a problem, i know a few people who had issues, wrong shipment. I could care less if he doesn't respond to people who wants to order, at least try to resolve the issue with the customer who he already got the money from. he comes on here, but he chose to ignore the problem. He contributed to this site true.. but he also made tons of money from this site. im sure he satisfied alot of people, but customers are still customers especially if you already have their money in your pocket. ignoring customers doesn't make it go away. if he's that busy, all he has to do is say so. you might have a better understanding if you're in someone else shoe. he thinks its alright but its not. so my vote is for him to come out and say something.

yup it would be harder for people who have already placed an order if you would ban him. Then they would have no chance on gettin their parts.

 

like the OP i too have been waiting for a LOOOOoooonggg time on my parts.....it's not even the time that is a killer though...its not being able to get a hold of him, because everytime he DOESNT pick up i feel like hes just off spending my dough that he stole from me with an empty promise......

well since theres enough ppl with the same problem.....anybody wanna start up a class action lawsuit against him and the company he represents (surfacemodz)....if so, sign me up

for all i know surfacemodz is a former bodyshop turned fraud specialist, they build up a lil bit of credibility then when everyone trusts them they start scamming ppl, taking their money and running off with it.

and why are there sooo many damn excuses with this guy...he even has other driver ppl making excuses for him..."he lost his cell phone"....i dont care if his mother lost her life, his ability to contact ppl is ridiculous especially when theres sooo many ppl with orders averaging close to 1k each...hes sitting on ALL that dough, and we obviously got scammed so time to stop internet battling and let the law deal with it

I've read/seen many happy customers of Eric.

Recently I see less of Eric posting......

Eric installs my BBK and I leave my wheel key over his house......

Still to this day haven't received the key......

I have no problems with Eric, his business was going great. I used to have great communication with him. I can't say the same for what's going on nor can I choose sides. On one hand I want to say he's great and he'll deliver but now I'm not even sure......

Friends of his can't even have a BBQ over his house anymore. I'm not sure what's going on but I'm skeptical..... Whether hes lost his phone, is still out of town, or whatever, business is not being taken care of.

I'm not favoring or against him...... I'll see what happens.

it appears this guy is either on vacation once a month, on drugs (sending wrong orders like every other shippment, or becoming mentally slow....orders taking longer and longer to make.

I dont know where he works, but with the products he has today, this needs to be his full time job. Because of the massive threads that he makes it appears he has the time, so.... you tell us... whats going on with this guy.

the last 5 people that I have met has had issues with his products. the 6 had an INVEN that never stated any issues, but now I want to ask.

either way its sad (because he has done so much), frustrating for the community, and confusing....

I guess what comes up, must come down!

I bet now one of his buddies will tell him about this tread and he will respond. which is even more sad it takes this route to get a reply out of him.

there is no difference dude....when is the last time you talked to him.

I wanted to order an INVEN....he hit me back asked for email. I sent email. he sent text saying eBill was sent.

I didnt get eBill said it may have went to my spam folder please send eBill to two(work and another personal) email address to ensure I get it.
