I think there would have to be an extreme lack of communication.
If so, and there are no "special" or extenuating circumstances, then take away his sponsor status, at the very least. Banning might be excessive.

I've ordered plenty from him and had nothing but great things to say about him. Everything was just as described, perfect fitment and everything. But few months back the side skirts I ordered from him were damaged and had so many cracks and holes in it. And one of the edges had to be completely remade. The box it came in wasn't big enough to cover the edges, so i'm guessing it was just damaged in shipping. So I can't really say anything except to suggest better packing for the side skirts. Ended up paying more for paint + repair then I did for the actual item.
With all that said, I'll still probably be ordering a CS rear from him sometime this summer.

Personally, i've never dealt with the guy or his products but to read many of the posts on Driver about the issues that we all have concerns about especially when we all pay enough to expect to receive good products and most importantly, excellent customer service. I don't know about anyone else on Driver but i'll be dam*ed if i just give away my hard earned money for a stated product and receive the wrong/substandard merchandise in return. Lek is not stating anything new that other people in this community have not already stated before with this ongoing issue or other similar issues. If he has made efforts to contact Eric(knowing Lek, he has)and on a continuous bases gets no where, what does he do?, what he is doing now and should have been done a while ago....
I understand how some of you say that Eric has done a lot for this community but look what he is doing now. All i'm saying is, we should stop this sort of stuff before someone gets taken advantage of and decides to take matters in their own hands to which we all will be seeing on the news later(hopefully not). It's not the vendors that make up this community but the various numbers of people that do!!! MHO.

The hell are you talking about? I'd be livid if I spent hard earned cash, wait months.. only to get the shaft by the seller. Why would you not want people to know how bad the situation is? Maybe Klumzee will get it together if more people start to call em on his fvcked up customer service.

first of all....like many others who have posted on this thread, i too am a personal friend of Erics and even i cant get a hold of him on either of his cell numbers. and although i am his friend...i completely agree with u OP in regards to the sideskirts, however, u asking for a free CS rear imo is completely ridiculous to be honest. my bf is too a vendor and he knows Eric as well, professionally and personally and we share the opinion that Eric was/is extremely overwhelmed. i am not trying to take sides because it is more than obvious that u are right in this situation and Eric did make the mistake of breaking communication lines with u. it appears though that when u kept asking for more, he just got fed up with u demanding more and laying out possible scenarios for him to fulfill (CS painted/CS unpainted with cf center/etc.) i mean cmon...i understand that u had to wait so many months and received products that were incorrect on two separate occasions but what u were asking for in terms of a free rear bumper was demanding too much. ive seen first hand how can it can be to run a business on the forums...because he does have a business and he is not just a seller but if he has stopped replying to u then to be honest i wouldnt hold my breath waiting for anything to get better if i were u. **** happens and if Eric has chosen to let his all get to him to the point where he doesnt care anymore then theres nothing anybody can do. he used to be on the forums all the time, answering PMs even while we were at his house having BBQs and hanging out...obviously that is no longer the situation and it appears that he just stopped caring. and btw...yes i would be extremely upset if i were in your position but my main focus would be to get the original parts i paid for, not to take advantage and keep asking for more like u did.
after this long rant of mine...id like to reiterate to u from my point of view that i dont think it would be wise for u to continue waiting for Eric to do anything on his end. u have made your point perfectly clear with this thread and have made other members aware of what they could possibly be getting into if they choose to do business with Eric. i would suggest to try to find skirts elsewhere and dont be so demanding in the future...when i read your PM about the rear i kept thinking...goddamn this fool is fvcking ridiculous. and i dont think he cares about your speeding ticket because i wouldnt if i were him…why dont u try to drive slower from now on.

To tell u guys the truth, i am no fan of banning him. he does alot for this community and for others. If the fitment is wrong and parts is not delivered, call him or email him maybe he can compensate you or something. Not all parts are perfect not fit because all after market is not near perfect. VIS and SEIBON have the same problem. I have complained numerous times about the fitment but it is what it is...its not OEM. It is after market for god sakes. Its not hard to communicate if you are just angry and have a vote to ban him. For me, im not voting because he took care of alot of things for me because it was easier i guess because im local? But that dont matter. Im not arguing cuz there's nothing to argue about this thread. I dont care if i get banned for saying this but im sticking up for him because he have done alot for me and others he dealt with. Try talking to the guy before do anything, but..trust me...satisfying others is not easy. Only you can justify what is right and wrong. My decision conclude-NO BAN-
