Wow, so sorry to see this happen to you. The excuses some vendors make are unreasonable. Just because they're a vendor does not give them the right to keep getting a free pass. Glad you mentioned something.

Out of curiosity, how much was the paint job? It is true though, you get what you pay for, but I'm holding that comment back until the price is stated (unless it was and I missed it). A proper paint job should cost roughly 300-400 depending on the color for the bumper.

That's not to say that a $250 job won't be good. Sometimes you have a good connection with the painter, and that helps, they're willing to bring down the price for you since you go there often or bring them other business.

But claiming 100% fitment is BS. IMHO, you can't claim 100% fitment on a part that is not a direct bolt on. But that statement is used to make a sale. Then you get the runaround. Ugh. Disappointing.

^$550 was the total price...

They knocked off $75 at time of pick up due to the visible flaws in the paint.

Dang bro, I would be pissed as well if I paid money and got that. Was your bumper poly? Another vendor here I would use is Strafe.

CZP and ShanesG are two that come to mind. At the very least they've never dropped the ball multiple times like some other body vendors around here....

If they knocked off some pricing, then you should have gotten what you paid for, and clearly you got less, much less. If paint was like $100, then it would be a different story, but that's not the case.

Everyone needs to STOP claiming this and if you are then stand by your damn product, as well as BUYERS need to realize that EVEN 95% of authentic, NO aftermarket kit is going to fit 100%. From what i witness ALOT of people set their expectations way to high as far as aftermarket kits and fitment and quite frankly are a bit too **** especially when the item is only a few hundred dollars. I tell everyone straight up, NO it doesn't fit 100% BUT it does fit well. Also every car can be slightly different even if they've never been in accidents.

As for the OP when he told me this story at the meet i just laughed, i thought arch was one of the few who were actually doing things right. Guess not. From what i remember arch had told the OP that he was gonna hook him up on the paint but even though it was cheaper that it would STILL be a professional grade paint job. So regardless of what the cost of paint was this is what was suppose to be provided, which obviously this isn't the case.
