Sorry to hear of all your troubles with ARCH. Lesson Learned. NO business for them anymore. Arch you should re think this paticular customer since he is only one. Do you really want all these forum readers developing their opinion of your business practice over one S@#$#$Y bumper? I am sure a lot of your business comes from these pages everyone reads and shops on everyday. Make it right.....

Once he damaged the bumper i can't take it back. he took the bumper w/ the discount because of clear coat runs. If he didn't take it a refund would have been issued. There are customers out there who bought an item and did not like the fitment so I took it back. If they damaged it, I can't. It's a simple concept. He's wanting a new bumper after he had his "shop" install it, i assume he did it since he txt me he spent 6hrs on it. I know people w/ no tools install a Nismo and didn't jack it up as well as this guy.

We tried working with this customer before and during the process. But once he took it upon himself to mangle it, we can't take the product back. txt messages will be posted shortly....

i think you should refund him for the paint job

but I agree that the cracked bumper and poor fitment is the shops fault

There was more than just clear coat runs but okay...there was debris under the clear and you can even see the horrible tape job on the ducting.

I've already written off the damage to the bumper...

Maybe the shop damaged it...maybe they didn't. I was only there after it was on the car and thats when I saw the improper fitment. When I spoke to them, they said they would have warrantied the work if they ordered the bumper themselves(why, I don't know)

However, ARCH Industries made claim that all that needed to be done was hang it, drill it, mount it and call it a day.

Regardless of the assumption that the installation damaged the bumper, the product is not as advertised. Much more work was required to ensure proper fitment which still wasn't 100%.

There are more txt messages but I don't think its necessary to show those since they have nothing to do with this topic.

I never hid from **** and won't start now. I'm upfront and when **** happens I own up to it. He needs to own up to what he did instead of trying to pass it off on ARCH. Everyone is going to pick a side, that's just how it is. We've gone through our share of problems/drama before and we'll get through this one as well. Joe will be addressing this issue and any other issues since i'm not allowed to vent on the forums LOL

you only proved that you lied about respraying the bumper three times...You told me he had the holidays off...in this economy I dont think a body shop will take 2 weeks off...

I never heard anything about the respray until yesterday...

"The headlight is going to have a small gap because it lacks the mounting point" 100%?
"line up the sides the light gap is not bad" 100%?
